House Osana — Hotel in Općina Rakovica

We stayed in upstairs apartment for two nights. The apartment is well furnished with full kitchen. There are two rooms, one with queen bed, one three twin beds. Everything is super clean and pretty new. The bathroom is very large with lots of storage, shower and bath tub. Osana is very friendly, helpful and responds promptly. Each guest received two towels (small and large) and candy treats on their bed - very cute. We have stayed in rooms/apartments/B&B's in quite a few countries and this is one of the nicest ones. They offer breakfast (not included in air-bnb fee) but you can also cook in the kitchen. Plitvice mall is 5 min drive and you can stock on groceries and even buy pre cooked meals there....

The double room was quite simple: a double bed, towels, shower and toilet, a small table with two chairs, a kettle, cups and tea bags. There was no cleaning products (shower and shampoo) as we moved in the room but we asked for them and got them. There is a small market in walking distance so you could still get some snacks or drinks by walking. We just had interactions with the owners therefore we could not tell how the people. We had a wonderful stay in House Osana! Osana is a fantastic host who made sure we felt comfortable and taken care of in every way, starting from arranging a taxi from/to the Plitvice Lakes National Park, and greeting us with a bottle of juice. Her husband, very friendly and helpful in giving us advice for restaurants, sights to see, taking care of our luggage through Oia’s narrow streets, and just making us feel welcomed to the National Park.
