Villa Artemis — Hotel in Općina Rakovica

Excellent location, close to the Plitvice Park entrance. Plenty of amenities within 5 minutes drive (super market, petrol station, ATM). The villa is a family owned accommodation, positioned in a quiet area, close to nature. The apartment we stayed in was really nice: super clean, decorated with taste and very spacious for two adults and a baby. Nikola was very welcoming and knowledgeable of the area and he gave us great advice about the park, were to eat or do grocery shopping. He even offered us a bed and a bouncer for our baby (we brought our own, but very kind gesture). On our last day there he helped us find a local mechanic to change the break pads on our car, which was heaven sent, since the car dealer in Zagreb was very slow to reply and book a service. We rented an apartment for 2 days to visit the Plitvice Lakes. Already on arrival we were warmly greeted by Nikola. The apartment is really great, modern and tastefully decorated. You can see in every detail the quality of materials which are used. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Highly recommended for a visit to Plitvice which is only a 20 minute drive. Large supermarket nearby, as well as many restaurants, a few within walking distance. Apartment is very quiet in a beautiful area. No doubt, worth more...

Villa Artemis is the perfect place if you are going to Plitvicka park! ☺️ This hotel is newly-built and well-equipped! relaxing and lovely house! especially, I loved the smell of the towel, sooooo good! 💕

if you have a car, It takes 5 mins to go supermarket and then you can cook a meal in the fancy kitchen(It has salt, sugar, black pepper and oil)! In addition, It takes only 15 mins to get to the Plitvicka park :)
