Guesthouse Ema — Hotel in Općina Sukošan

I'm giving the highest grade with a reason. They deserved it. From first call the owner was simple in conversation. They let us in earlier than we expect which was perfect (we immediately went on beach which is very close, across the street - behind the house , rock and sand - you can choose. Everything was very clean. Clean towels were waiting for us (and you can ask for more to change it). We had fridge in rooms, the kitchen is down stairs if you need anything owner will provide (like extra glasses or knife or bowl for fruit and ect. We had little balcony so we could have drinks in evening. We had bars on beach,across house and few minutes from house (if we wanted to drink Coffe, beer or eat fast food). Also we could order breakfast in apartman or coffee (and we had mini bar :)). For lunch or diner we got excellent recommendation for restoran were was excellent food and resemble prices (like Konoba Porat :)) Or chicken and cheeseburger on beach. In any time you can go back and rest in room because it was quiet place (perfect for people who want to regenerate,or couples with kids). When we wanted to go out - we went on bus (Liburnija) which is going to Zadar 15 minutes ride ( 1 ticket is 15 kunas = 2 € ) When we were going back we split price on us 4 and it was 30 kunas per person that means 4€ per person ,the whole price for taxi was 16€ from Zadar to Sukošan (Uber and regular Taxi). We were 6 nights. It was beautifully. I'm highly recommending this guesthouse Ema. It's easy to stay when people are so friendly and kind ..on your serves because they enjoy in there job. You can see that. P.S. Price from Zagreb to Sukošan was 17€ for back also...

It is a beautiful place to stay, big and clean rooms, spacious balcony where you can spot the sea. You can use the fridge downstairs. The landlord speaks English and is a very kind and helpful man. Parking and free WiFi, works great. ||Beach is 100 m away, pebbly and full of rocks. Everything in this place is perfect. It's located in a quite area of Sukosan, just near the sea. The landlord was very kind and helpful with us, the room was comfortable and clean and we enjoyed a lot relaxing on the pretty terrace. It was a very nice and romantic stay and I definitely recommend it...
