Stara Riva — Restaurant in Općina Sukošan

I've never eaten anything so terrible. I visited this restaurant out of season - at the end of September. Both the restaurant and the entire city were empty. Cevapi served with fries and a bit of onion without vegetables. Price 11€. The meat was completely raw and tasteless. The fries were also raw and tasteless. The waitress doesn't speak English, I asked for the meat to be fried once again, because it was raw. I got it the same as it was, only warmer and dripping with fat. I'm sure it was only heated in the microwave. Perhaps it was done there from the very beginning. Low quality wine. Food served like in the worst fast food, except fast food looks and tastes much better. I highly do not...

I don't usually write reviews, but this was the first time in a restaurant I thought that the food was actually trash, especially considering the price. You could easily replace calamari with a car tire and you wouldn't notice a difference.

I regret not reading recent reviews because there are multiple good restaurant options around. Also let's not forget the hand written prices on the menu, with erasure markings visible. Should've left as soon as we saw...

Mehr Schein als sein! Also Ambiente und das Drumherum echt top dazu kann nichts bemängelt werden, aber das war es auch schon. Wir waren zum Abendessen im Stara Riva, bestellt haben wir 1x Rinderfilet vom Grill mit pfeffer Sauce und 1 x Rinderfilet mit Pilzrahmsauce für die Kids gab es 2x Rumpsteak vom Grill. Als Beilage gab es nur Pommes und keine Alternative das empfanden wir sehr mager. Zumindest war die Kellnerin auf dem Dampfer und hat uns nach den Temperaturen unserer Steaks gefragt, was Abend vorher im Restaurant überhaupt nicht gefragt wurde. Wir wollten unser Fleisch alle Medium. Als Vorspeise bestellten wir einen Octopus Salat. Die Getränke und im Anschluss unsere Vorspeise kam sehr promt an den Tisch, obwohl nur eine Kellnerin komplett für den Aussenbereich zuständig war. Was zu später Stunde doch etwas hektischer wurde. Der Octopus Salat war mehr mit Salat statt mit Octopus und der Krautsalat übertrumpfte den Geschmack einfach nur. Unser Fleisch kam dann Rear, Medium, Medium Rear und zum Schluss Blutig was sehr enttäuschent war. Das Rinderfilet von meiner Frau mit der Rahmsauce war total sehnig und die Rahmsauce war eine fertig Rahmsauce die total Künstlich geschmeckt hatte. Alles in allem war es zum Abschluss unseres Urlaubes in Sukosan eher enttäuschend denn wir erhofften uns ein schönen Abend. Denn bei einer Gesamtrechnung von 685 kn darf man schon etwas...
