Just arrived back yesterday from a fab holiday at Belvedere, travelling with Tui. Its a very clean resort, could not fault anything at all. Cleanliness The cleaners are out mopping all the decking/ pool surrounds/ exteriors of restaurants etc before 7am each morning, ensuring a100% cleanliness. The bedrooms are cleaned very well too. Gardens are immaculate. Everywhere is wet in the morning, so I assume they must use some form of sprinkler system to ensure the 'greeness' of the resort in the intense heat of the day. Bedrooms Ours was more updated than the picture on Tues website, very pleasant aqua/ white theme, twin beds, balcony, sea view. We were in room 310, which is one of the nearer blocks to the facilities. It still requires a lot of steps to access it and on the last set there is a little escalator takes you up the final leg. This resort is not for the unfit!! When we arrived a man with a golf buggy took us and our cases to the rooms (our teens were on the floor above) Thank heavens! I think most if not all rooms have a Seaview of sorts. *Downside* Having been up since 1am to travel to Man Airport to catch 6am flight, I was a little disappointed that we couldn't access a room upon arrival. The receptionist told us to go and enjoy the pool etc and she'd get some rooms ready for 12.30 (we arrived at 11am local time. When we went back at 12 30pm, we had to wait another 1hr to get keys and when we actually got to our room , the cleaners were only just cleaning it. Maybe this could be improved in some way?? Food Excellent buffet choice for breakfast and dinner. All food and plates HOT , quality of meat and produce excellent. Warm welcoming smile from Tea each evening, checking you in. Tues night free glass of Cava on entry. Excellent morning service from waiters/ waitresses!!!!...can't say the same for the evening staff, sadly. Quite often wouldn't receive our drinks order till we were on desert and at best, may have managed another 2 drinks at night outside watching entertainment. Evening waiters slow yo clear plates and reset cutlery on tables, leaving you to source your own. Entertainment Consists of a duo singing each night and once a week a film night. The best act were Duo Magic, a father/daughter band who were brilliant! Highly recommended! There's a minidisco for kids, a table tennis table and computer games set up for the kids, occasional clown /magician for the kids too. Waterworks Centre Inflatable slide/ bouncy castle in sea/ kayaks£8 / paddleboards £8/ pedalos and boats all available to hire out. We took a boat up the Lim Estuary , cost about £70 for 3hrs Pool Lovely, clean pool but doubt it is heated. It was way too cold and in fact, the sea was warmer. Managed to do the the Aquafit but got out after that, as couldn't cope with the temp.(this was in August 33c airtemp) There was also too many people for the size of the pool. I think it caters for many hotels/apts in the group but they really need to control numbers. No security checking whether you're a resident, anyone can just go in. You had to be up there by 8am to get sunbeds or you had to sit on concrete/ grass at edge of sea. Unless willing to pay for sunbeds on the stony beach. Town Absolutely amazing icecreams at Laguna- particularly the Snickers Kup and the biggest burgers £6-8 you will ever eat in your life at the Prince Grill and I really mean that!!!!!! Lovely harbour, mini Market, chilled scene at night Diving Hubby went with Starfish Diving who are in the Portosole campsite next door (part of the same Maistra group) More basic boat/experience than going somewhere like the Red Sea but he enjoyed popping up inside an island on one of his trips! All in all an excellent holiday and would highly recommend (if you can cope with the steps everywhere!) A few minor niggles would not put me off going back. We had an amazing time .

Great resort. All Praise: from hygiene, kindness, guest care, locations. The service is for pure 10. Started by the staff at the reception that are kind and ready for all your questions to answer. The garden is held regularly, garbage cans at each step, is regularly emptying. Cleaning the apartment flawless. The staff is a van and a small golf car, transported suitcases to the apartment. Are extremely friendly. Restaurant full of various offers of dishes. It is accurately noticed that cooks, an older guard, are trying to offer as much choice as possible. Food for everyone's taste. Half board, breakfast and dinner. The biggest praise for Mrs. Susan, which is so affable, worth and friendly. The best pizza master Tomislav makes the best pizzas we've ever tried. A young guy with so much talent, every honor. Only some younger waiters could be pointed out and seeing the elderly colleagues, as they care much and not enough dedicated to work. To regularly clean desks because in some periods there is a bigger crowd and has less free tables that remain uncleaned for the next guests. While the pair of the other few elderly colleagues, "fly" by the hall and give their maximum. Yet these few hours of shifts can engage more and less to chat. Resort has a swimming pool that is very beautiful. You can also find your corner where you will enjoy and have your peace, because it is part of the sunbed area cascading. I suggest that the only eye hygiene takes a little bigger concern because we encountered uncleaned since the previous day. The beach is OK, rocky, sunbeds and parasols are additionally charged, is very clean, the beach guy regularly maintains them. You have a small part of the beach free, where you can set up your towels and enjoy. They offer water sports and bicycle rents that charge extra. Nature is fantastic. Through the whole resort there is a beautiful promenade with vacation benches. It is connected to the center of small town Vršar and further resume to other resorts on the both side. You have close to the pharmacy, plenty of restaurants, bakery, supermarkets. Ideal for walks and enjoying nature and greenery. The whole resort is in greenery and shade. They also have a massage counter, two desks under the canopas, in greenery, at the very step of the beach, which is charged extra. They are more expensive, but they did a great job. An example of the same such counter on the beach in Opatija is something favorable. The rooms are spacious, terraces wonderful, beds comfortable. Warm water always available. Resort to enjoy. Sincere recommendations, looking forward to staying again and I hope we will visit ourselves again next year. With very small corrections, the grade would be 10+, such a little just missing for that plus. We really enjoyed it. And a large recommendation for the same. It is a little to say that we are delighted with the entire pleasure.

We stayed for 3 nights and had a great experience overall. Check-in was smooth and welcoming—the receptionist was fantastic and even upgraded us to a bigger apartment with a sea view, which was a lovely surprise. The reservations team was very helpful, both over the phone and via email when we confirmed our booking. I advise guests to Book through hotel directly not booking.com The apartment was clean and comfortable, but we suggest improving the window and terrace door nets—there were quite a few insects coming in during the summer. The resort is well-maintained and clean with great attention to detail. The beach is beautiful and the water was perfect. However, we found the beach sunbeds quite expensive—€30 per day (we paid €90 for 3 days), just for two sunbeds and an umbrella. Breakfast was excellent—5-star quality with lots of variety, and the staff was amazing. Pool areas were great and included free sunbeds and umbrellas. The only small downside was the baby pool—two of the water games were not working and it felt a bit outdated. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the resort. Just a few small improvements could make it even better!

Just arrived back from our 7 night break, from the moment you arrive you will be amazed how beautiful the coastline is, the pictures don't do it justice of how beautiful it is here, they have several cats here as well which was lovely to see and made my daughter really happy and perfect for us as we have two cats at home so my daughter always feels sad about leaving them behind when we go on holiday anywhere.|We were really happy with our apartment which looked right onto the Sea we were in room 222. The animation team are so amazing, not only did they bring a cake to our room for our daughter's birthday they made a lovely balloon made into a flower, so much compliments to them. |My daughter also attended the mermaid school which she really loved she's always wanted to do a mermaid swim with the tail, the girls are so lovely and you could see how much they care about the Children. I also have to mention the reception staff helping me with the cash machine to get Euros was so helpful and the other lady on reception I know I got quite overwhelmed with my medication at first but they both really cared which I'm grateful for and was so lovely in seeing them both great service, wish I could remember there names.|Now onto the not so great points when you walk to the marina be careful as the waiters seem to only care about making money, I put my shirt down on a chair and when I went to look at the menu a waiter removed it and usherd seven other people to take our seats! I explained we were a family of four but they didn't seem to care about this! and only seemed they cared about the money as there was more people, they could of least asked first was it ok to remove my shirt from the chair!, this is the first restaurant you come to. |The other restaurants along the marina seem ok but be careful as some won't take a card and only cash, a lot of places will only take cash including the kids shops and souvenir shops as well as the boats, the best price I found for the boat trips is Mikela the lady a blonde lady was really lovely and informative with the trips there is also a tourist info office at the marina to help. Take a walk up to the church stunning views, overall belvedere I a lovely hotel and very happy we chose this location 😀 so we did the dolphin tour and Ronjiv by night well worth doing, the dolphin 🐬 tour was good but don't expect to see them jumping in the air unless your very lucky like in florida...
