TERRIBLE apartment rental experience. It all started with some shady schemes when I signed the contract. I found the apartment listing again at a different price. The apartment manager Loukas assured me it was a mistake, but it got even more interesting. First, they tried to charge me €500 for electricity for one month. It turned out this bill belonged to the Loukas who had been living in the apartment without the owner's consent. Then, my lights went out because they had never been checked and were in a rusty fuse box. Later, the air conditioner broke down, and it wasn't fixed for two months. When I asked to have it repaired, I was told that one air conditioner in the apartment was enough and it wasn't a big deal. The owner, Max, lives in Italy and doesn't care about the apartment, and he won't help you at all. The manager Loukas in charge of the apartments is very rude, unhelpful, and tried to threaten me. I constantly caught him lying and giving me information that had nothing to do with the truth. When I asked the owner to address the rudeness of his employee, I was told that he was in Italy and wasn't going to teach anyone how to behave, so I would have to deal with Lucas myself.

In addition to all these problems, there are no neighbors around at all. It gets so dark at night that you can't reach the house without a flashlight. The lights are never turned on in the area. As far as I know from the only neighbor who lived nearby, the entire residential complex now belongs to a bank due to debts. No one knows what will happen next, but no one will help you with any issues.

The refrigerator doesn't work properly; a lot of ice accumulates inside, causing the food to start freezing.

When you turn on the washing machine, water leaks underneath, resulting in dampness.

The jacuzzi upstairs leaks, so you'll have to refill it with water every time.

As far as I know from the neighbors, the electricity bills in the winter months are huge because it's cold, the apartment is poorly insulated, and you have to heat it with the air conditioner, which is expensive.

I also had to urgently find another apartment because I felt unwell without air conditioning. I never got a refund for the time I didn't live in the apartment.

It was just a disgusting experience, and I really want to warn everyone not to repeat my mistake!
