We stayed at this hotel for three days as part of a round trip. The hotel is located in the city, so cafés and restaurants are quick and easy to reach. The rooms are very large, clean and equipped with everything you need on holiday. There is a hairdryer, safe and soap. Additional toiletries can be collected from reception. However, the room reminded me more of a student residence than a hotel. If a lot of people check in at the same time, there is a traffic jam at the lifts, so you have to wait longer with your luggage. Breakfast and dinner were served as a buffet. The selection was okay, but not particularly varied (as a vegetarian). The restaurant was very busy, especially at peak times, and the staff were sometimes not quick enough to clear the tables. The hotel bar, on the other hand, was more cosy, with live music and a bingo event. The staff were mostly friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel with great rooms. At times slow service in the restaurant and bar but the staff is very accommodating none the less. My husband birthday fell during the stay and they managed a birthday cake with candles and birthday song from all the kitchen staff. Such a nice experience ❤️ Good selection in the restaurant with one daily fish and one daily other meat option and lots of greens and cheeses but it's almost the same every day. Room equipped with two working spaces and plenty of caninettes for clothing etc. A small kitchenette with stove, fridge and microwave but no pots or pans. Guess it could work as a (very) small apartment, but missed a reading lamp by the bed side. Clean towels and cleaning every day

Well where to start? The hotel entrance no ramp for disabled or even for suitcase which is a no go. The room very cold (middle of February), Air condition works but it is placed above the bed, so it is blowing directly. No small lamps on bedside, one big light on the roof. In the bathroom there is no space, it so small. And the toilet well the person which placed it like this should get a award 👏 shower holder broken. Dear Hotel manager you are charging lot of money but the value and service is not worth it.

I booked on Agoda & was around 250 Euro for 7 nights including breakfast & dinner …which is an absolute BARGAIN ! This hotel is not a resort but more for business or people there visiting family ect I have stayed in other accomodations in this area & this was by far the best ..I will definitely be staying here when I next return to Famagusta.||Positives |Staff are polite |Aircon worked very well |Comfortable beds |Non smoking room was very good & only time you could smell cigarette is if u opened balcony door.|Cleaning staff lovely |Money exchange across the road |Breakfast is limited but the 5 hot food stations were varied every day & lots of variety of breads.|Dinner that was included was very good with about 12 different options or you could order of menu for a reasonable price .|Shower pressure / Temperature was fantastic !! |Fast wifi ||Negatives ||Hot plate & microwave in room does not work & Staff said only for long term guests so no idea how this works ? |No hot water jug in room or cutlery / plates / cups ..when requested it was brought up straight away which was very good ..|For older people Access to hotel maybe difficult as no ramp & quite a few steps |No Netflix or prime on TV in room ( only...

Visited end of Sept/early Oct 25. Lots of elderly clients, no families with kids! Breakfast was good, self-catering room lacked connection to microwave and hob. Had to sneak in kettle I saw in landing on another floor so I could make a hot drink. Complained about smell in shower cublicle due to water not clearing out, but remaining stagnant! Cleaners tried hard to help about this, but failed. Reception staff friendly but not all spoke clear English. I was particularly shocked to discover there is virtually no public transport (buses) in Famagusta. You ask how to get to a particular place: take a taxi!! For someone that likes to get around by cheaper transport, this is a terrible indictment of an otherwise interesting place you have decided on, to visit for the first time. My interest was visiting Salamis, and a beach or two. From this hotel, thanks to the lack of public transport, I would walk 50 minutes there, and same back!! One more thing: the online glossy photos of this hotel is all CGI, no bedspread, no flowers in the rooms, no sunset views, it's all a bit of a...

absolutely the worst experience in my entire life day upon arrival my elderly mom and i had to carry four huge suitcases up to our room by ourselves , we complained and were told that the man who is seated next to his coworker can not move from his position. secondly my mom got stuck in the elevator for what felt forever pressed the emergency bell for a few times. the size of these lifts are only suited for less than 4 people. and when i went downstairs to complain i was met with a rude and nasty attitude ( Oga was the name of the lady at the til then they proceeded to try and justify that it was only 10 mins ) i asked for the manager and i again was treated with disrespect. i am going to post the altercation on my socials and if possible here too. no apologies, no one checked if my mother was okay. she has to break herself free. the most racist encounter i’ve had and i grew up in england , amsterdam. i’m completely disgusted and still haven’t gotten an apology from a...
