Staff tends to leave the desk despite the place being full of customers. I waited for almost 25 minutes and when they came back with take-aways in their hands they claimed that they made my order before they left, which wasn’t true because I was seated near the drop station. They continued to serve other customers while I waited and when I voiced my complaint they handed me a "special order" with coffee dripping all over the cup.

They need more staff as they are very slow at making the orders ready , there music js always very confusing , it is either too loud or too low , the taste of the drinks is not the best as there quality went down...
