I recently visited this well-known casino in North Cyprus, only to be utterly disappointed and unfairly treated. Despite being a frequent player and often in the positive, I was shockingly blacklisted from their exclusive discount option, which is ironically available to all other users. This selective exclusion is not just absurd but blatantly unfair.

Moreover, the irony doesn't end there. North Cyprus is a Turkish Cypriot territory, yet, astonishingly, Turkish Cypriots are banned from entering these casinos. It's a baffling policy that not only discriminates against the local population but also ignores their rights in their own country.

The list of grievances goes on. The management's approach to dealing with guests they dislike is appalling. I've heard numerous accounts of them arranging police raids under dubious pretenses, targeting individuals who haven't kowtowed to their skewed policies or who have been too lucky at the tables.

Stay away from poker room as they cannot speak English fluently, in such an international poker room they don’t let players to talk in their own language, yes this is acceptable. However, what if dealers and floormen talk in their own language and they think players don’t understand? If there is only English speaking rule then you should hire proper English speaking dealers and floormen, moreover, they shouldn’t talk in their own language but English!and they shouldn’t have racist attitudes!
