A beautiful two-story apartment in a perfect location – just a two-minute walk to the sea. Restaurants and shops are nearby, which is very convenient, yet the overall ambiance is peaceful and pleasant, ideal for a relaxing holiday. The apartment is spacious, clean, and well-equipped – it provided everything we needed for a carefree stay. The two-story apartments are designed in the style of connected family homes, each featuring a lovely ground-floor terrace surrounded by a beautifully landscaped and green exterior. It truly adds to the charm and serenity of the place. Special compliments to Mr. Georg for his hospitality and kindness – he truly made us feel at home. There is also a restaurant within the apartment complex that we highly recommend – the food is delicious and the atmosphere very relaxing. We stayed here in July and were pleasantly surprised by the nearby beaches – they are intimate and not overcrowded, which is a rare find these days. Can really only give this place 2 stars and that is a strech. Whilst the manager was very friendly on the only time we saw him. The woman who, it appears is the only person for the whole complex (we saw one other staff member briefly on one of the days) that cleans, runs the restaurant and is there full time comes across quite rude which in a way, seeing as she is one of the only people ever onsite, is understandable. The apartment is a bit run down, mould in the shower (which also leaks), a toilet that stank of urine before it was ever used and 1 towel for the whole stay of over 3 nights. The mattress in summer had a fleece cover on that feels like pulling apart cotton wool everytime you move and just makes sleeping unnecessarily hot. Second bed downstairs, you may as well sleep on the floor with how hard and thin it is. Great if you really don't care and just after a roof over your head but ideally I'd recommend staying...

Sea side cabins and villas are spread along the long quiet strip of beach along Latsi shore. All of them have access to the public beach and Eliofos is just 100 meters away. The location is wonderful and far from the crowds but not too far.

The problem I suppose is with the general layout of the house. The bedroom and bathroom are on the upper floor which means you have to drag all the sand from the beach through the sitting area and up stairs before you wash up. The cabins are adjacent to one another so any loud noises will be heard by the neighbors, but hey, this is Cyprus. An island of sun, fun, and smiling faces.

On the plus side the building is new and clean. The host was courteous and professional. He even offered to drop us off at the bus station himself which he did.
