Parkhotel Golf — Hotel in Cheb District

We bought a VIP wellness package in the hotel and my boyfriend and I was very dissapointed. || When we arrived to hotel, they couldnt find our reservation even If I booked the room 1 month before arrival. The receptionst did not have a clue what is included in the wellness package and the night receptionist even said that he has NEVER been in the wellness centre and cant reccommend us any treatments/whirpools, etc. || Nobody let us know what is included in our VIP wellness package and the receptionist sent us to a doctor. Doctor was not available and we had to visit a nurse, who was extremly rude and did not have any informartion about our treatmens in wellness centre - she finally figured out that VIP wellness package in this hotel include one massage and aroma bath - the nurse schedule me and my boyfriend to a different time each of us, which was very uncomfortable for both of us as we expected that we will enjoy the stay together. || Staff at the reception and the nurse are very unprofessional and not organized at all for 4* hotel. || The room was specious but the linnen were dirty as well as the bathrobe. The furniture in the room and in the whole hotel was old style. Our bathroom was very smelly all the time. || We really enjoyed the swimming pool and the massage was also excellent. Food in the restaurant was great, too. || We really expacted to have more wellness treatments in VIP wellness package and I personally havent met worst staff at the reception in the Czech Republic. || You can find better hotels in Marianske lazne, with better customer service, treatments, better price and nicer...

I am traveling a lot around the world, and stayed in a many luxury hotels, but when I would like to relax in a warm and comfortable atmosphere, I come back to ParkHotel Golf in Marianske Lazne!||Location is great, the hotel is surrounded by national resort park, where you can enjoy nature the whole year around.||The hotel has unique combination of nearly hundred years of history with all modern facilities, one might need. Rooms are very spacious (26 sq m and more), recently renovated. Last year a new equipment in balneological medical center was installed.||The hotel has highly professional operational team (from medical staff to management) and they really care about their guests, helping with everything they could, always being flexible.||That is the hotel, where you can have perfect combination of possibilities to relax, having professional balneological treatments and enjoying sports (golf, cross-country skiing, cycling, etc).||Mineral water from famous natural springs is delivered to your room every morning, in accordance with the doctor's prescriptions.||Restaurant of the hotel is very good and when you take a half-board, you can split 3 course menu for lunch and dinner, which gives you enough choices and flexibility.|| I have been staying in this hotel already 7 years and every time I leave, I know I will be back again!|| P.S. We were enchanted by the overall beautiful environment, enhanced by the very friendly welcome by the staff. The rooms are furnished in good style and are big and comfortable. There is also a wonderful room for breakfast (which is fine, needless to say), a pleasant cafe and a charming restaurant. The bonus is the swimming pool, which we used a lot. Parking is absolutedly no problem (as it may be in town) and the ride to the centre is no more than three or four minutes. Staying in a park and forest is balmy, truly relaxing.
