Disaster.

I've seen complaints about the service. In my case the service was fine, quick and friendly. But everything else was terrible.

I had a quarter of duck with dumplings and cabbage and a big beer. Good news first: the cabbage was fine. The quarter of duck lacked the leg. Probably someone was faster and ate it before me, but there was just an upper thigh with a thin bone instead of the leg. The duck was too dry but edible. I can't say it about dumplings. They were tough like rubber and sour. I had an impression that they'd waited for me for a week. The beer was the worst. The taste was okay, but the quantity was definitely not. It was at least two fingers under the 0'5l mark. I've seen under-filled beer glasses (podmíráky) before, but never such blatantly under-filled, or at least not in the Czech Republic. My post is 12 months old, but this place in winter is no help to anyone driving to it or parking there. They don’t care. Fall into a ditch on the narrow road…NO help…I asked so desperately….most times the parking is an ice skating ring. Staff does not help you. You park there, need spikes to walk safely in winter, order meal which is not bad but average, and service as well. Winter seems not their season of customer service interest. Mila obsluha, po dotazu zda se mohu najíst, mi sdělí, ze mají pouze omezenou nabídku. Po doslova dechberoucí recenzi kamaráda, si v duchu říkám, ze by mohli mít Carbonara. Načež mi mila pani řekne, ze mají řízky, Carbonara…hned objednavam a s radosti ji říkám, ze přesně na to mám chuť. Pani mi dokonce vyhoví a nechá me si nabijet mobil. V tomto momentě vše dobré končí. Těstoviny mi přinesou od pohledu suché s lehkým posypkem parmazanu. Slanina (bohužel) je nedokonale pokrájena na ošklivé velké kusy, ze kterých je vidět ze měli být pokrajeny na tři části, ale kuchař to odflakl a místo tři kousku je z toho harmonika. Ochutnam a těstoviny nejsou na zkus, jsou vyschlé, chybí tomu žloutek, testovinovou vodu to nepotkalo, málo parmazanu, natož pecorina. Horor, nikde ani zrnka pepře. Ten kuchař neudělal nic dobre. Vracím jídlo. Podnik, který vaří pro prominenty, zaměstnává kuchaře, který není ani podprůměrný. Co šlo zkazit to zkazil. Těstoviny vracím, mila obsluha to chápe, nabízí jestli mi je mohou pripravit znovu. Odmítám, nemám čas. Při placeni vody bych čekal ze to odmítnou, protože po 20 minutách čekání, kdy jsem naštvaný, ze budu muset zahnat hlad nějakou rychlovkou z kebabu, je to to nejmenší jak alespoň z části zmírnit nepříjemnost celého okamžiku. Nechávám dysko za to nabití mobilu. Podtrženo sečteno, stovka za sklenici vody s citronem. Na golf asi super, ale koho tam nechaj vařit, to jde...
