The advertised pictures look promising, and from the outside the building looks well maintained. But when you enter, it's the exact opposite. Their advertised pictures are deceiving, as they only photographed the "good" parts, when everything was still new and fresh.

The first thing that struck us when we entered the main corridor was the intense acidic odor, presumably some cleaning agent.

When we entered the room, we still smelled the intense acidic odor.

It appears that there hasn't been done maintenance for decades. Everything is worn and torn, the room being strongly neglected.

There are many stains on the walls and carpet. We didn't dare to walk with bare feet and kept our slippers on at all times. Also the window slats are covered in stains, and contain huge flocks of dust. All truly disgusting.

The windows with wooden frames haven't been painted in decades, as almost all paint has vanished. Also the windowsill was in very poor condition. Although this doesn't really matter much to me, it once again shows the lack of maintenance.

The shower is extremely basic, but for the most part broken (e.g., many floor tiles are cracked, the shower door is broken, the towel rack almost detached from the wall, and the shower head is strongly overdue and sprays everywhere). The caulking compound contains black fungus.

It is such a pity, as even some minor maintenance and more detailed cleaning would make a significant improvement.

Conclusively, we are shocked and very disappointed about the quality of this accommodation, especially considering the fact that they ask roughly €100 a night!

I sincerely hope that this feedback will be acted upon promptly, so that future guests get value for their money.

To finish with some scarce positive points: the girl that did the check-in was friendly and served us in English. the water temperature and pressure of the shower were good.

Update: after approximately 1 year, the owner contacted me as a reply to my 1 star review, where he threatened me with a legal process if I would not remove my review immediately. Despicable!! Instead of offering compensation for our horror stay, he chooses to threaten customers. It's out of this world. DO NOT BOOK THIS...

😊: Beds were acceptable and rather clean. Parking right outside the building. TV with chech programs, but at least the USB-connector worked. Just a 10 minute walk through a nice forest to the beach. Just a 10 minute walk (in the other direction) to a whacky but well stocked mini-supermarket.. 😢: Breakfast was minimalistic at best. You don't go hungry, but that's it. The room was a disaster. The owners try to describe the flair with "retro design", but its exactly like 1970s Chechoslovakia, Walls and floor are cracked, dirty old carpets, window blinds are broken and non-functional. Power outlets are few and in weird places (none near the table or the beds). The stairwell feels like from a horror movie, where you want to scream to yourself "don't go in - OF COURSE there are...

😊: Die Sauberkeit und die Freundlichkeit vom Personal beim Frühstück.. 😢: Wir waren jetzt zum 3 Mal in der Pension und waren diesmal sehr enttäuscht. In unserem Zimmer waren die Matratzen komplett durch, da hätte man auch auf dem Fußboden schlafen können. Alles was vorher per Email angefragt und zugesagt wurde, davon wurde nichts eingehalten. Wir waren mit Motorrädern vor Ort es wurde uns ein Garagenstellplatz zugesagt den es nicht gab sie mussten dann im Hof stehen, wenn man es irgendwie dort hin geschafft hat. Die Zufahrt war eine reine Katastrophe, da wurde so hoch Splitt aufgeschüttet das man zu tun hatte da durch zukommen. Genauso wurde extra angefragt das unser Sohn mit Säugling anreist und sie haben so ein kleinen Zimmer bekommen das wir erstmal die Möbel umräumen mussten um das Reisebett irgendwie in den Raum zu bekommen. Dann haben wir leider etwas im Zimmer liegen lassen was uns erst Daheim aufgefallen ist. Auf eine Email ob sie uns die Sachen zuschicken können wird erst garnicht reagiert.
