Hotel Hajčman — Hotel in okres Žďár nad Sázavou

Good evening, I apologize for such a negative message, but I couldn't help it!|Yesterday I was a guest at a wedding at your hotel and as for the food and one of the waitresses...it was a disaster...unfortunately. 🫣 |Lunch was served with such long intervals that the guys managed to drink the whole beer.|1. Appetizer - chicken with pineapple...I'll ask straight away. Excuse me, but are you kidding me? It's 2025, do you know that gastronomy has moved on? I would just like to point out that you really should move on....|2. Beef broth with liver dumplings - broth obviously with added chemical ingredients, which does not belong in a professional restaurant! And I'm not talking about the vegetables in the broth (the broth always includes celery, parsley and carrots!!!) what were the beans doing there? Cauliflower?...you just wanted to get rid of frozen vegetables...I don't understand, we're all different, but I won't put things in the dining room that don't belong!|3. Sirloin in cream with meat and bread dumplings - the sirloin was a little salvageable, but no distinct flavor...unfortunately.🫣☹️ |The younger waitress was prompt and bright, but the older lady wasn't so...she was confused, it seemed to me that she did it reluctantly and when someone asked for something she sometimes had a problem with it and said that they didn't have it, or that it wasn't possible. When we showed up at the restaurant at the bar, everything suddenly worked, just let us report to the service staff in the lounge so that they could put it in the cash register. I was staying in this awkward hotel for two nights. Everything is so old fashioned and unfriendly compared to current time expectations that i don't really know how to describe.||The reception is somewhere on the hallway, found it difficulty, people barely spoke english.||Then, going to the room trough some weird corridors where the wooden walls have captured some unpleasant smell.||In the room things went little better but still maintained the line. The towels had holes in them due to extensive use (they were very clean, still) and the smell from the hallway still could be felt.||There were also some positive things: good wifi connection, very good coffee for breakfast, nice dinner and good beer in the restaurant and something i have never met before: breakfast a-la-carte... which was...

Stayed there one night, the apartment room was large, 2 double bed and a single sofa bed with a large bathroom and separate toilet. The single room was much smaller but sufficient for a short stay. Opposite there is an Albert hypermarket (7-22) which also supports as backup parking as the internal area is limited. The rooms were clean with a lot of electricity points, however the corridors smelt of smoke. Breakfast costs 120CZK (~5EUR) but includes free tea and coffee, bread and jam and a choise of a hot egg dish from the menu - so not too bad. However we did stay in the restaurant for dinner which was nothing special. All dishes besides the meat broth were...
