Pension Point — Hotel in okres Brno-město

We spend two days here in early january. Our room was lovely decorated, had a comfy bed, and a nice en suite bathroom. Room and Bathroom were spotless clean. The room was facing the garden, and was absolutely quiet. The staff was very friendly, we easily managed to get along in a mixture of English, Czech and German. In the breakfast room they also have menus withs pictures, just in case .. . One morning we ordered ham and eggs ... it was delicious but it could have fed 10 of us. I never saw so many eggs and slices of ham on one plate before. We also visited the restaurant in the evening. Good atmosphere and nice food. It´s best to use the tram to go in to the city. I never felt uncomfortable in the area, it simply is an area, where people come home to after there workday, there is not a lot else there. But we enjoyed staying a bit outside of the centre, it felt a bit less touristy, a bit more like a Brno couple coming...

I would like to start my review by saying that I wouldn't recommend to visit Brno at all - this is a boring city with little to explore... However, if you decide to go there, then Point Pension is a very nice choice. The location is not very central - however it is very convenient if you travel by car. Pension has its own free parking. Also there is a tram station nearby, so you can easily reach city center. It will take around 20 minutes to walk to the center. ||The neighborhood is not very nice and I didn't feel safe when we were walking to the pension in the late evening.. ||The room is very nice and big and clean; there is free wi-fi. Breakfast is ok - you need to choose something from the menu. On weekdays they serve breakfast starting at 7am, and on Friday and weekend - at 8 am. ||Staff is very friendly and polite; however, some of them don't speak English at all.||All in all, this is a nice place to stay for...

The meals were delicious, with hearty breakfasts and dinners that truly exceeded our expectations. The smooth and prompt handling of all our requests, as well as the secure parking facilities, added to our positive experience.

Additionally, we were very impressed by the kindness and professionalism of your staff. After long and exhausting workdays, your establishment played a significant role in helping us relax, recharge, and enjoy a well-prepared meal.
