la cucina nera — Restaurant in okres Brno-město

My girlfriend and me, we are from Austria and we just wanted to visit Brno during the easter weekend. This Pizzeria was the biggest surprise during our stay in Brno. I would have never expected Pizza of that quality - totally more than above average. We were lucky to get a seat because the restaurant is small but tastefully furnished. Ingredients are fresh and placed with love onto the dough. They use a morelloforni wood/gas oven with rotating backing surface and the pizza they create has such a nice crust - all-in-all the the best pizza I have ever had. And also the staff/the waitress is very kind - and can speak english!

The only reason why we would definitely return to Brno is...

I recommend Pizza Nera at this place. I haven't had such a good pizza in a long time! The ingredients are interestingly mixed, the dough is very thin (to the point that it can't be held in your hand, especially when still fresh and hot as it bends and the ingredients fell down). Interior is cozy, but quite small. What I minded a bit were lights hanging over the tables for 2 people next to the window. Me and my friend sat at one of these tables - the light hanging above the table was in height that it shined directly to our faces. I needed to lean on my chair all the time to avoid destroying my eyes. I would put those lights a little higher and/or use weaker...

Milujete Itálii? A nebaví Vás jak v žádné pizzerii neumí pizzu udělat správně, tak jak má být? Tak tady dostane bezpochyb tu nejlepší z Brna. Hned za těmi Italskými, pro které by jste museli několik stovek km, je tato pizza bezkonkurenčně nejlepší. Těsto jak má být, střed tenký a silnější okraj, který sníte velmi rádi. Množství surovin přesně podle vzoru Itálie, tzn.: jen ty suroviny co na pizzu patří a je jich tam poctivá dávka, střed těsta se pod nimi úplně prohyba, ale opět, takhle to má vypadat. K jídlu jsme měli i vynikají víno a neodolali jsme a ochutnali i Tiramisu. Opět přesně podle původního receptu, poctivě připraveno a chutnalo tak jak mělo. Co se týká prostředí, tak místo si moc nevyberete, když chcete podnik, tak berete to co je volné a snažíte se dělat věci tak, aby Vám chodili lidi. Takže i když z venku to nemusí na někoho působit úplně šťastně, tak hlavně jděte dovnitř. Příjemné prostředí, vkusně zařízené, Pec v dohledu, určitě se tu sedí velmi dobře. Neexistuje nic, co by se tomuto místu dalo vytknout. Až Vás bude štvát shod každodenního života a nebo se Vám bude stýskat po létě v Itálii, tak tady Vám bude dobře. Kdyby šlo dát více hvězdiček, dám je všechny, jelikož konečně jsme našli místo, kde jsou věci v pořádku a tak jak mají být. V Brně už na pizzu...
