Pension Ploc — Hotel in okres Jablonec nad Nisou

If you want a place to stay that is right in the middle of town and at the base of the "giant" mountain and ski hills, this is it. The rooms aren't the biggest, but they are comfortable and clean. You get a homemade breakfast that is very good. It also has a full restaurant and bar. Compared to prices in the U.S. for a bed and breakfast, this is such a bargain. Try a shot of Czech Becherovk. An added bonus is that the owner won two Olympic medals in ski jumping and greets you with a smile...

We were there only for a dinner. Restaurant is rather old, but clean. Meals were quite old fashion. když jsem viděl venku nabídku jídel museli jsme to zkusit, zvěřinový guláš prostě musím ochutnat, zasedli jsme poslední místo uvnitř a dostali jídelní lístky, pak už jsme jen čekali, slečna jako jediná obsluha tam lítala jako blázen, asi po 20 minutách se na nás dostalo, objednali jsme a opět čekali, stále byla sama, dostali jsme jídlo ( to už přišla pomoc ale spíš sedět a kecat u jiného stolu, ale nakonec taky začal pomáhat ) a už na guláši byl náznak že asi chvilku čekal a stihl se udělat slabý škraloup, to by ještě šlo, omáčka dobrá, knedlíky trošku slabší ale to maso byl hnus, žvýkačka pro psa a lehce teplý až skoro studený, když bych si přečetl recenze asi bych se tady nestavil, nakonec i kolega v práci měl špatnou...
