Penzion v Jízdárně — Hotel in okres Olomouc

HORRIBLE! Not happy - so much so I think this is the first negative review Im taking the time to write. Stayed here for a long time due to a work placement and it was dirty, the front office staff were shady and rude - unhelpful to the point that when a coworker was locked out of their room Sylvia did not help. (Main girl: the worst. Suspect her to be a heroin addict), lied saying she would come back at 23:00 but didnt so he had to sleep elsewhere for a night. Also the restaurant food, juices, salad dressings and other things had water added to them. Things were stolen from our rooms. Cleaning ladies brought their kids to work, left dust and barely cleaned, broke my laptop computer, and would take old towels but not provide new ones. We didnt complain much at first and were very patient, but hopefully you can see why this place is one of the worst places we've ever stayed in. Also, if youre staying on a weekend and dont want loud noise blaring until 4 in the morning, too bad: they host weddings and horse festivals as loud as they want...

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment with our two year old. The room was spacious and clean. Lovely comfy beds and a cot for the small person. The room had a nice bath but no proper shower, you had to hold the attachment up whilst you used it (or just have a bath). ||Breakfast was nice and the restaurant overlooks the am indoor riding arena, which is nice to watch whilst eating your breakfast. It also does tasty and reasonably priced evening meals. ||There is a nice area outside with a trampoline and a sandpit so you can have a drink in the sun, whilst the little ones play. You can also have a walk around the stables and see the horses, which was nice. ||The location is a bit of a walk out of town but it's only about 90 mc in a taxi or you can walk it in about half an hour. ||Overall, I would recommend it and...

Rooms were not clean. There was dust laying on the floor. We moved adjustable sofa and tons of dust was there. Fridge is working only if you have card in the card socket. I noticed lepisma saccharina on the floor in the bathroom. Person doesn’t have feelings that it was properly cleaned. Guest-house is located next to main road. If you open the door there is a road approximately 2-3 meters from your door. Rooms are not noise isolated. You can hear all the voices from the room next to you. Only hope they don’t turn on music or TV.

I recommended it only as budget variant. Not if you want to stay in nice...
