Pizza Hradlo — Restaurant in okres Olomouc

Tři dospělí a jedno dítě. To byla sestava, která dnes absolvovala oběd v páradní pizerce Hradlo. Příjemné sezení na zahrádce i zidličkou pro dítě. Věděl jsem už o kvalitách zdejší pizzy. A potvrdila la se. Měli jsme tuňákovou, burrata a marghareta di bufala. Férově jsme byli upozornění na delší dobu přípravy kvůli špičce v čase oběda. Doba přípravy byla přesně dodržena. Mezitím jsme se osvěžili birelem a několika limonádami. Po báječných pizzách přišla ůžasná tečka v podobě pistáciového cheescake-u s malinami. Božská mantra. Příjemné místo s kvalitní pizzou a ůžasným cheescake-om. Kdykoliv pojedu kolem a bude doba oběda, tak se tu zastavím.

ENG: Three adults and one child. This was the lineup that had lunch today at the Hradlo pizzeria. Nice seating in the garden and a highchair for the baby. I already knew about the quality of the pizza here. And it was confirmed. We had tuna, burrata and marghareta di bufala. We were fairly warned of the longer preparation time due to the peak lunch time. The preparation time was strictly adhered to. Rein zufällig haben wir diese Pizzeria entdeckt. Im Angebot gibt es Pizzen und Salate. Weitere italienische Spezialitäten sucht man hier vergebens. Die Einrichtung ist eher schlicht, was dem ganzen aber keinen Abbruch leistet. Das Servicepersonal ist jung, sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Die Gäste sind ebenfalls jung und erinnern leicht an Hipster.

Die Pizzen, die wir probiert haben waren tadellos und super lecker. Echt Top.

Alles in allem, sehr empfehlenswert.

Den einzigen kleine Einwand, der mir einfällt ist, dass den Gästen normale Messer zu den Pizzen (sind zwar vorgeschnitten) ausgegeben werden. Schärfere Messer würde das Schneiden der Pizzen erleichtern.
