Hotel Atrium — Hotel in okres Pardubice

I have stayed at Penzion Atrium many many times over the years and it is always my first choice to stay at if I visit Pardubice.||Although it is relatively small it has the highest of standards all around.||The rooms are excellent in terms of comfort, cleanliness and facilities.||It is always a busy place and this tells a story in itself.||The adjoining cafe is very popular and is a great place to have a drink and chill. The staff are always very friendly too.||The Penzion Atrium is only a couple of minutes walk from the centre of Pardubice.||Pardubice is a great alternative in the Czech Republic if you would rather avoid Prague. It is cheaper, friendlier and doesn't have the tourist rip-offs you get in larger cities. There are many good restaurants about and although it doesn't have the full range of attractions that Prague has it is a good place to visit for a few days. Only takes an hour by direct train from Prague.||Every year they have an Airshow, a Speedway Tournament and a Grand Steeplechase meeting amongst other special days. During the Ice Hockey season they also have a very good team and its always worth catching a Hockey game.||The city has good shopping amenities along with multi-cinema complexes which usually have some blockbuster releases in English with Czech Subtitles.||Go to Pardubice and go to Penzion Atrium - I am sure you...

I couldn’t understand what Penzion meant when I was booking in Parbudice... I know it now refers to something between a hotel and a B&B.||The room at the Atrium was extremely spacious and very well ventilated as the window opened completely. That was very important for us considering there’s no fan or air con in the rooms, as is the case in most places in Europe. They had a standing fan, which was absolutely pointless and that really didn’t serve its purpose. The room we booked had a huge balcony and it was lovely in the evenings. The balcony was quite dirty when we arrived but I requested for cleaning 2 days later||The cleaning was average, and superficial. But decent.||The only disappointing aspect for us was the breakfast. No toast. The bake beans was placed alongside meat! So was very tough for us to not have a hot breakfast for our 6 night stay. Would have liked either oats or hot toast at the least. The fruits were minimal and rather over ripe as well. ||I loved the service of one of the ladies at the desk. Their reception shuts completely in the afternoon, and at night. So just something to...

Hotel is situated in centre of Pardubice and includes cafe bar. Room is spacy with very good bed. There are flat tv, fridge and table. Bathroom is big enough with a lot of towels and bath cosmetics was great - shower gel and shower oil. Breakfast was rich and various (eggs, beans, sausages, cheeses, vegetables, fruits, yogurts, cerealis, nutella, bread,..). Parking is free of charge in the hotel area. Reception is open iin the morning by 11am and then from 2pm till 10pm. You will receive the key from main doors and you dont need the reception...
