I reserved a room 2 weeks before my arrival.||They confermed my reservation.||The day of arrival around 11am, I received a sms, that the room is not available, nothing else!||I was already on my way there, so I called the owner, who looked not really interested, but after a short discussion, he agreed, that he heas to find a similar solution for me.||After half an hour, he wrote me sms, that he reserved a room in a nearby hotel for the same price.||The day after I went to the reception to pay, but the price was nearly the double of the price we agreed with the owner of Green House.||So I called him, and he told, that he was really surprised, that it was a missunderstandin between him and the lady with whom he agree the price the day before...||I told him, that this is not my business, and he agreed to give me back the extra money I had to pay.||So I sent him my bank account, to send me the money.||He never answered, and did not send me the...

Zůstal jsem v hotelu Green House a musím říct, že to byl naprosto skvělý zážitek! Majitel hotelu byl mimořádně profesionální, vstřícný a šel nad rámec, aby se ujistil, že náš pobyt bude dokonalý. Cítil jsem se jako vážený host hned od okamžiku, kdy jsem vstoupil do hotelu.

Pokoj byl čistý, prostorný a krásně zařízený, s pohodlnou postelí, díky které jsem se ráno probouzel naprosto odpočatý. Lokace hotelu je perfektní – klidná oblast, ale zároveň blízko k centru a ke všem důležitým místům, která jsme chtěli navštívit.

Cena za ubytování byla vzhledem ke kvalitě naprosto férová, možná i podhodnocená vzhledem k zážitku, který jsem měl. A musím vyzdvihnout i snídani, která byla skutečně excelentní! Čerstvé suroviny, široký výběr, a každý detail pečlivě promyšlený. Byla to snídaně, na kterou jen tak nezapomenu.

Celkově vzato, hotel Green House naprosto předčil má očekávání. Doporučuji všem, kteří hledají luxusní, ale přesto přístupné ubytování s prvotřídní službou. Určitě...
