Lagarto J&J Teplice — Restaurant in okres Teplice

Beautiful restaurant with nice view and beautifully presented food. Staff was polite, seated us and took our drink order and returned the drinks promptly. That was the end of the positive experience.

We waited over 45 minutes for our food at this Sunday's brunch. We had two eggs benedict and one half english. The food was presented beautifully and after waiting so long, we were absolutely starving. All of our food was cold. Cold as if it were prepared immediately after we ordered and then sat for 45 minutes before someone brought it to us. It was also incredibly under seasoned and the bread for the benedict was some old, stale burger bun and not en English muffin, per traditional.

In addition to this, no one came to our table again to offer drinks, or check on our meals. 15 minutes after finishing they cleared the plates. Then we waited additional 10 minutes and no one came if we wanted to order more (which we did) or deliver the tab. We went to the counter to pay and walked over to the other location to get cakes and coffee, everything was perfect there, as expected.

Sunday evening I sent an email to Lagarto about our experience and they have no sent a reply. So they clearly do not care when their customers are disappointed.

I have dined at the cafe in Galerie and Most many times and have been so pleased with the cakes, coffees and snacks they offer, but I will no longer. I live in Usti and going to Lagarto is a monthly treat for us, next time we will spend our money here in town at our local cafe where we are respected...

Very good food. We tried different restaurants in teplice and the food was of one of the better levels.

Very friendly staff. The menu it this time was a breakfast and brunch menu. You can also order this in the evening as dinner. So there is no specific dining menu.

The interior is tastefully designed.

I have to say the the atmosphere is ver loud and busy. It was my least favorite place when it comes to comfort. I also had the feeling two different songs where playing at the same time through the restaurant at any given time which made my head...

zavítali jsme do druhého Lagarta v Teplících a byť je to lepší, tak hodnocení celkové tak pěkné není, hlavně za toalety(viz níže) a celkovou ošuntělost a zaprášenost

obsluhující číšník, který zde byl sám, tak si zaslouží pochválit, udržet pozitivní energii, když mu na place nikdo nepomohl a to ani odnést a očistit stolky, vše s úsměvem klidem a ochotou.

zarážející byly objednané zákusky, které nebyly špatné, ale přesto nebyly tím co bychom očekávali, alespoň u zákusku Harlekýn, který byl prakticky jen pěna, byť dobrá, tak chybějící piškot dost zásadně kazí chuť. U Míši je diskutabilní, zda do něj patří marmeláda, podle nás a obecně známé receptury ne a mělo by na to být upozorněno, u výrobku s tímto názvem očekáváme tvaroh, čokoládu, piškot

Body si ale získal Burger, ten byl opravdu povedený

Káva byla dobrá a objednaná čokoláda se blížila skutečné čokoládě díky hustotě, což není zvykem

Co nás opravdu zklamalo je dost nešťastně řešená grafika v OC, která by nás měla zavést do Lagarto, byť byl podnik obsazen plně, tak pro někoho, kdo zde ještě nebyl, bylo trošku oříšek podnik nalézt. Možná by stačilo lépe to popsat na vlastním webu.

smutné, je že designovaná provozovna má v naprosto opotřebovaném stavu toalety, zdi jsou flekaté od kdovíčeho, potřebovalo by to vymalovat a dostat trochu svěžesti i po čichovém vjemu , značně to kazí nadšené očekávání při donášce jídla, možná by si měli vzít příklady z lidových moudrostí: "Nikdy nezkoušej jídlo na návštěvě, nežli se přesvědčíš o čistotě toalety."
