Freedom Guest House — Hotel in okres Trutnov

Pension Svoboda was a reasonable choice for us: affordable, up to 10mins of walk to the centre, up on the hill with views, just minute or two from the local tobogan/bobsled ride (Bobová dráha), in peaceful quiet neighbourhood. The pension has a nice wooden common room on the groundfloor where guests can play games or eat their snacks/lunches, make coffee or tea. There is a terrace outside with seating and in summer a swimming pool (was not in operation in September). Rooms are clean, sufficient, bathroom with a tub. Do not expect a luxury of a hotel but everything works well and reminds more of a functional mountain cottage than a hotel. My recent experience with Pension Svoboda was all around excellent. The first night they accidently overbooked me and went out of their way to find a comparable stay close by AND followed up when I arrived that night to ensure I was happy with the alternate location. The next night I stayed at Svoboda and the host was attentive, the place was warm and inviting and the service top notch. The room was clean and the view outstanding. When I had to leave early in the morning unexpectedly, they packed me a take away breakfast opened their secure gate early and made the whole process easy. Penzion na konci Pec pod Sněžkou avšak do města je to kousek. Snídaně a obědy se chodí do přilehlého hotelu 400m. Dělají i večeře. Paní co má penzion a hotel na starosti je maximálně ochotná milá a příjemná. Pejsci v penzionu Svoboda. Penzion je ve starším stylu avšak velmi čistý až mě to trochu udivilo že takhle starší penzion se dá udržet takovémto čistém stavu. Postele novější Je vidět že proběhla i nedávno výměna matrací pokoje poměrně prostorné dvojpostel + jednolůžko Druhý pokoj co jsme měli pronajatý byl opravdu pěkný ten byly čtyři postele a koupelna přímo v pokoji. Prvním apartmá byla koupelna na chodbě bylo to kousíček pouze jsem otevřel dveře a udělal dva kroky a byl v koupelně. Horním patře kde jsme měli pokoj bydlí pak už pouze paní domácí takže nás neomezovalo to že by jsme museli chodit přes tu chodbu do koupelny protože paní domácí se tam ukázala většinou až kolem 11:00 večer.
