Hostal Gampala — Hotel in Alausí

I spent one night at this hotel, with my wife and two teenage sons. Everybody was nicely surprised to find a great hotel for such small and convenient rate.|Rooms altought not large, but comfortable, good free wi-fi, and located just 300 mts from the train station for the ride to "Devil's Nose".|However has found one inconvenient, which is that the stairs are steep, and has no possibility to be used by handicaped persons.|Otherwise cool...

Me hospede con mi familia por el feriado de carnaval, la habitacion asignada en el tercer piso no cuentaba con conexion con recepcion, cada vez que necesitaba algo tenia que bajar a la planta baja, solicite cobijas extras, se les olvido y cuando baje nuevamente me entregaron sucias con un terrible olor, solicite que nuestra hagan la habitacion porque tenia varias cosas de valor y no les importo..igual entraron dejando mi cuarto sin llave a dejar el papel del baño, le comente este particular al administrador y lo mas inteligente que hizo fue hablarle al muchacho recepcionista, pedimos el desayuno temprano ya que saliamos en el tren y no lo tenian listo, pude observar que al ser una empresa familiar no hay orden ni procesos de servicio, ni un minimo intento de mejorar el servicio, algo que sin duda como professional del turismo, me deja en la obligacion de prevenir a no caer en este tipo de alojamientos.||||No tiene seguridad alguna, y aunque esta cerca de la estacion del tren, no hay guardia, ni nadie en la noche.
