Hotel Varadero Internacional — Hotel in Guayaquil

One of the worst hotel customer service I have ever experienced. Unfriendly, when we asked to move rooms due to the building works, the lady simply said no, had no time for our complaint and treated us like dirt. I will never stay here again, my mate and I had one of the worst night sleeps we’ve ever had, if you can call it sleep. I felt like I was sleeping inside a building site with the noise. The bed sheets felt like I was under an opened napkin, not to mention the bouncy castle I was sleeping on, if that wasn’t enough, the TV was out of tune and fuzzy.
