Morrison Hotel — Hotel in Parroquia Manglaralto

I tried to remove the star rating for this hotel, but I couldn't do it. I just accidentally clicked the 1st circle, didn't mean to give a star at all. This is a trashy hotel. It is the worst hotel we stayed in our whole Ecuador trip. I booked it through booking.com. Soon as we arrived in the location, the receptionist said they didn't get any notification from their website. So we had to wait until they "cleaned" 1 room for us. There were 3 or 4 people there, and nobody could check their reservations?! All of them were drinking beer outside, by the door. Then we talked to 5 people(@5 different times) and asked for a towel, it didn't come. Everyone was saying "I'd bring it to your room". Until it's already time for us to check out, still no towel. The whole place is so stinky and dirty. Our room had mosquitoes, and we were bit several times. The bathroom smelled like piss which we only found out 2 hours after. They sprayed a strong air freshener to cover up the room's musty smell and the urine smell of its bathroom. We only stayed here for one night, and it was like hell! There were dirty dishes in the hallway since we arrived and were still there until we left. There was a broken glass/mirror in the hallway and in front of our room, nobody cleaned it up. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE just look under the pillow cover and bed sheets before staying here. Everything has layers of mold on it!||||Context - When I saw the cumstains, bloodstains, visible dirt on the sheets, bed from 70s with zero life left with holes and rips, and bad smell - I thought it was ok for the price. As a single man I can deal with less than ideal living conditions.||||But when I layed down on the bed and looked up at the WALL OF MOLD on the bottom of the top bunk I started getting worried. I inspected the pillow - COVERED IN MOLD. The bed - A LARGE MOLD SACK. ||||This place is not just terrible, it's a MOLDY HELLHOLE and total danger to your health. ||||NO HUMAN SHOULD EVER HAVE TO LIVE IN THESE CONDITIONS.||||Watch out for the ABSOLUTELY NO MONEY BACK EVER policy. El hotel es muy bonito, los trabajadores son muy amables y carismáticos. Aceptan mascotas, yo fui con mi perro French Poodle y recibió un trato de lo más cortes por parte de los trabajadores. Lo que hace que no le de las 5 estrellas es que: 1) la puerta del baño no tiene cerradura dejando un hueco en la puerta que permite ver a través de la puerta, al estar en un cuarto grupal (5 personas) esto resulta bastante incómodo. 2) Las camas son muy muy suaves, no son colchones, son colchonetas, literalmente los extremos de la cama se levantaban cuando dormía.
