Hospedaje El Delfín Azul — Hotel in Parroquia Puerto Villamil

This was one of the worst places i ever stood.|| Even the building is very new. its in poor conditions. They dont clean and maintain it atall! Bathroom wasnt cleaned after last guests. I asked for a broom ,instead of offering, to clean it now immediately, they brought me a broom ,mop etc. after about 3 hours. The comunal used fridge was absolutely filthy and full of forgotten ,stinking garbidge. After i carried all our luggage up to the second floor, they offered me to help; after i did it already in the heat and after a long boat trip. Thats really taking the micky !!!|| its far from everywhere, staff is unfriendly if you dont book any (more expensive) tours with them.Wifi only in one corner of the patio.but not in the room, like advertised..|| Dont go there !||There are lots of more centralized better places in that Little town, e.g. Hospedaje Janet, Cierro Azul...

beautiful property located in the town ! the staff is very helpful highly recommended .||our room was spacious well furnished family friendly our host Indira and Gaby ||were wonderful they welcomed us warmly and provided us with local information tours ,ther have a taxi service from the hotel one of the main things that I enjoyed the jacuzzi the hotel amenities are great kitchen wi-fi fridge patio beautiful outside dinning area they also in the same group owns one of the best restaurant in pto villamil Restaurante los delfines 🐬 fresh seafood and...

Estimados.||Con respecto de mi estadía en el hospedaje "delfin azul" en la isla isabela qusiera decir:||- Tratamos de comunicarnos el día anterior (por correo, telefono e incluso mensaje de facebbok) sin ningún resultado, para avisar nuestro horario de llegada.||- cuando llegamos al hostal nadie estaba en la recepción, estuvimos casi 40 minutos gritando para que nos abrieran. Hasta que llegó alguien externo y fue a buscar a la señora encargada quien estaba en su habitación cuidando a 4 niños aproximadamente.||- No tenían registro de nuestra reserva, de hecho no tenian registro de nada.||-La cocina compartida estaba muy sucia y mal equipada. Pedimos que la limpiaran y si bien lo hicieron, no fue suficiente.||-El refrigerador estaba descompuesto, por lo que para poder tener algo helado, teniamos que pedir a la señora a cargo que nos guardará las cosas en su refrigerador. Lo que dificultaba muchísimo las cosas porque ella Muchas veces no estaba disponible y no podíamos recuperar lo que habíamos guardado. Como anécdota* nos ocurrió que la señora nos botó un almuerzo a la basura, que lo habíamos cocinado y dejado en una olla con anterioridad por la falta de tiempo, le pedimos que lo guardara y al pedírselo, dijo: "perdón, la señora del aseo lo botó por "equivocación".||-Al momento de cocinar aparecían dos gatos sobre los mesones de cocina, los que además de las moscas invadían la comida constantemente.||- La habitación cumplía con lo prometido.||- En cuanto a los otros servicios que dicen tener como wifi y tv prácticamente no existen, la wifi no conectaba casi nunca y cuando lo hacía la Internet era extremadamente baja.||||Espero les sirva...
