Great place, great location, great view! Shame about the food. The service was good But the food! First, the menu is not extensive. So easy to manage, you think. The drinks were nicely served with a non-recyclable straw. Recommended by the server that the ribs are a good choice, so that is what I went for. The condiments were served in non-recyclable sachets of sauce and the salt was damp. The meal arrived. Two pieces of rib,fries and a salad. The cheapest part of the meal,the salad, consisted of 2 slices of tomato,2 slices of cucumber,1 lettuce leaf and 5 slivers of carrot dressed with store bought honey mustard dressing-shame! The French fries were the freshest part of the meal. The ribs-the outside surface was dry and had an odd colour, dressed with a BBQ sauce that was store bought. The meat had been heated in a microwave and then the sauce poured over it. This meat was not fresh or freshly cooked that day. This meat was left over from possibly the night before and placed in a refrigerator,uncovered. Such a shame that this place allows this to tarnish such a great location. Lo más destacable es su privilegiada ubicación justo frente al mar apenas cruzando la calle malecón de Chipipe, una playa más tranquila que San Lorenzo.

La realidad vs las fotos difieren, pues le falta algo de mantenimiento a las instalaciones. Sin embargo, son bastante buenas y limpias, considerando que en la playa todo se deteriora rápidamente. Y si sólo van a usar las habitaciones para dormir y bañarse, están muy bien.

La atención de todo el personal es muy amable y buscan siempre servirte, unos con más experiencia en hostelería que otros.

Lo lamentable es que fuimos en familia a recibir el 2022 y optamos también por la Cena de Fin de Año que ellos organizaron, la cual fue realmente decepcionante!!!

Nosotros llegamos puntuales a la hora reservada y tuvimos que esperar más de una hora para que nos sirvan el plato principal!!! Lo único rescatable de la cena fue el Coctel de Camarones como entrada. El Cerdo, como principal, estaba muy mal cocido (no puede haber término medio en carne porcina) y con demasiada grasa. La ensalada muy mal presentada. El Risotto "al Pesto" era una mazamorra que más parecía puré y no tenía absolutamente nada de Pesto!!! Sé que otros comensales también hicieron críticas. El Tiramisú tenía los ingredientes y bastante buen sabor pero no la consistencia del original, pero comible...

Hotel facilities are ok yet very bad service! Nobody - neither the receptionists, not the management - speak English or are not willing to do so. We decided to leave early after there was no hot water in our room. After waiting for over 3 hours I was told to leave and the refund would supposetly be paid back in the next 7 days. They refused to give a written statement.
