We arrived around 11:30, the receptionist was sleeping and gave us the wrong rooms, it would have resulted in two of our grown up sons sharing a bed, the room was smelling of cigarettes. After talking to the receptionist he gave us a room that suited our family. The only things provided for the bathroom are towels and little bars of soap. No drinking water or glass. We can't deny that we slept well. For the continental breakfast included, we received scrambled eggs ( no other form were offered), toasted cheese sandwich, a banana, mora juice drink, and coffee ( no milk was available), the only cutlery provided were small plastic tea spoons, when we ask for a fork or large spoons, we were told that they only provided plastic tea spoons. We accept that the hotel is economical, however we have stayed in a number of other economical hotels in Quito where the service and facilities were much better. I was picked up within 15 minutes of contacting the hotel from the airport and graciously helped with my lugged and informed it would be a 7 minute drive. After assisting me with my luggage to my room I was sent a pdf menu with several great options for delivery to my room. I chose the cheeseburger and fries, which arrived within 15 minutes, hot and delicious. At check in I had asked about breakfast, which was scheduled to begin at 7L30 a.m., 30 minutes following my departure.
