Exceptional Service at Elhosary Otel!

I had the pleasure of staying at Elhosary Otel, and I must say, my experience was truly outstanding. The hotel is fantastic—comfortable, clean, and perfectly located. But what made my stay even more memorable was the incredible assistance I received from Elghazal.

I accidentally left my phone in an Uber and I was feeling pretty panicked. Fortunately, Elghazal went above and beyond to help me track it down. He was calm, efficient, and kept in constant contact with me as he coordinated with the Uber driver to get my phone back. Thanks to his efforts, I had my phone returned in no time, and I couldn’t be more grateful for his superb customer service.

I highly recommend Elhosary Otel for its excellent amenities and outstanding staff, especially Elghazal, who truly exemplifies the best in hospitality. Thank you again for making my stay...
