The prices are moderate the food quality is not equal for the prices. The wait depends on the time (about 10-35 minutes). I got the which was great oriental sweet pie which was probably the best one i had so far. The same can be said about their meat shawrma if you want to try Egyptian shawrma and some of the Egyptian dishes as mahshy and molokhia. I have also tried the breakfast sandwiches not that great the same can be said about the crepes, the hamburger, sheesh tawook, fried shrimp, and oriental pies ( both the sausage and chicken wasn't great) the cheese they use isn't of the highest quality . Two stars for nearly cooking everything, but the food there is very bad in quality.. Comparing to other restaurants near it your can find better restaurants, however, also the price of oriental food there is very expensive that you can eat breakfast for 30 or more pounds, I recommend to eat oriental food in different plac. But pizza and fteer there are good to eat for a fast food. Burgers and hotdogs not that good as well. Shawerma is bad unless you prefer the Egyptian type of shawerma. However, I don't recommend it.
