From the moment we arrived at Giza Palace, I knew I was in for something special. The combination of elegant design, impeccable service, and attention to detail make this hotel stand out in Cairo Exceptional Service: The staff went above and beyond at every turn. From the warm welcome at reception to the attentive housekeeping, everyone was professional, courteous, and genuinely friendly. They really made you feel at home. Luxurious and Spacious Rooms: The rooms are beautifully designed — elegant fixtures,a sense of refined comfort. Cleanliness & Comfort: Everything looked spotless. The beds and bedding are wonderfully comfortable. Everything from the bath amenities to the towels exuded quality. The staff at Alora Restaurant are a big part of what makes dining there special. Their warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail elevate the experience. If you’re looking for a restaurant where you’re treated as more than just another table, Alora delivers — truly first-class service. And lastly to Ms.Lamis from Kids club for making sure that our daughter will have a best day. If you’re looking for a hotel in Cairo that combines elegance, comfort, excellent service, and good value, Giza Palace delivers on all fronts. - highly...

An exceptional stay from start to to finish.

We were a group of 9 people coming from Dubai to attend an event in Egypt.

From the moment we arrived, everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere is pure luxury — elegant, spotless, and beautifully designed down to the smallest detail. The room was spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated, offering both style and relaxation. Every corner of the hotel radiates class and comfort.

The staff truly make the experience unforgettable. Everyone we encountered was warm, professional, and genuinely eager to make our stay perfect. A very special mention goes to Remon — he was absolutely outstanding! His professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail were on another level. Remon went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth and enjoyable throughout our trip. He made us feel truly valued as guests, and his positive attitude made a lasting impression. Our comfort was his top priority.

Overall, this hotel deserves every one of its five stars. It combines world-class service, exceptional comfort, and genuine hospitality in a way that’s hard to find. We’re already looking forward to coming back — a truly...

Absolutely Royal Experience at Giza Hotel

From the moment I stepped into the brand-new Giza Hotel, I felt like royalty. Everything is sparkling new, beautifully designed, and dripping with elegance. The décor is a perfect mix of modern luxury and classic charm, making every corner Instagram-worthy.

The staff treat you like a VIP from check-in to check-out, going above and beyond to make sure every detail is perfect. The rooms are spacious, with top-of-the-line furnishings and the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. Even the smallest touches—like the high-end toiletries, plush robes, and breathtaking views—made me feel special.

Dining here is an experience in itself. The food is exquisite, with every dish presented like a work of art. You can tell the chefs put thought and passion into every bite.

Giza Hotel isn’t just a place to stay—it’s an experience. If you want to be treated like royalty and enjoy the height of luxury, this is the place to be. I can’t wait...

The place is huuuuge .. arrived after midnight and my room was a mile away from the reception.. the room was spacious, nice and clean .. but built for a bygone era .. I could not find a proper usb plug to charge the phone, the cupboard was inside the toilet .. perfect for a dress and smell occasion.. and the switches where not easily accessible to the bed to shut off the lights.. pillows were bigger size than I would have preferred … but the team was amazing and always ready to help.. with a bit of fixes and an improved access road ( outside the hotel the road was eh.. solid third world) ..I can see this place transformed.. I had breakfast and I thought the variety and choices were world class .. the service impeccable, but the poach eggs was hard for the chef to understand the order, eventually we had success , the eggs came late and on a cold plate .. a bit of a let down .. overall, I would still come back ..

My wife always says, “show me the bathrooms”. They’re huge and beautiful. We have a regular room with the impressive courtyard view and a large terrace. Good water pressure. My son always says “show me the buffet”. Here you go. We arrived at 2 AM and the hotel manager got up to personally greet us. The abundant staff is well trained and super friendly. We were welcome with fruit and exquisite candies. Everyone is focused on giving us a great guest experience. Shout outs to Ahmed the Front desk manager, Shadwa at guest relations, John and Hassan the Great concierges, and Abdelrahman, Youssef, and Chef Abdrabou for the breakfast service.

My husband had such a great experience at this new hotel! The place is beautiful and our room was super comfortable, with a stylish bathroom and a bed that felt amazing thanks to the pillow top. We stopped by the restaurant for a late lunch and loved it. I tried the beef tartare, which was unique—tender beef with crunchy onions and topped with wasabi ice cream. My husband went for the chicken shawarma pizza and he enjoyed it. Breakfast the next morning was just as delicious, and really made the stay feel complete. Highly recommend both the hotel and the restaurant if you’re in Sixth of October.
