I recently stayed at crown plaza west Cairo located conveniently next to a bustling shopping center Arkan , and it was a delightful experience.
The hotel’s proximity to the shopping center was a major highlight for me. It made it incredibly convenient to explore the shopping options without having to travel far. Whether I needed to grab a quick bite to eat, pick up essentials, or indulge in some retail therapy, everything was just a stone’s throw away.
The hotel itself offered comfortable accommodations and excellent amenities. The suits were very clean, spacious, and well-appointed, providing a cozy retreat after a day of meeting and shoping. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that my stay was as pleasant as possible. My thanksbto Mr Beshoy, Mr Emil, Mr Mohamed at front desk and Aly at the lounge.
One of the perks of staying at this hotel was the seamless transition between shopping and relaxation. After a day of exploring the shopping center, I could easily retreat back to the hotel to unwind and recharge. Whether it was enjoying a meal at the hotel’s restaurant, taking a dip in the pool, or simply lounging in the comfort of my room, I felt completely at ease.
Overall, my experience at Crown plaza was fantastic. If you’re looking for a convenient and comfortable stay with easy access to a variety of shopping options, I highly recommend this hotel. It’s the perfect choice for travelers who want to combine their love for shopping with a relaxing hotel stay.

Read moreI recently had the pleasure of staying at Crowne Plaza Arkan, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from the start. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with comfortable rooms and a lovely view of Arkan Mall. However, what truly made my stay memorable were the remarkable staff members: Um Mohamed, Kenzy, Mustafa, and Abdullah.
I met them at the dining restaurant during breakfast.
Um Mohamed was incredibly welcoming, offering her delicious homemade Egyptian bread and superb Fateer. She truly made me feel at home.
Kenzy greeted us with a warm smile and eagerness to assist. She was very helpful and made our dining experience even more enjoyable.
Abdullah was impressive as well. He went above and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met and addressed any questions I had. His friendly demeanor and willingness to help made a significant difference.
Last but not least, Mustafa stood out during my dining experiences at the hotel restaurant. His attentive service and delightful personality enhanced every meal. He took the time to engage with guests and ensure that everyone was satisfied, creating a welcoming dining atmosphere.
Overall, I cannot recommend Crowne Plaza Arkan enough, particularly because of its wonderful location, amazing outdoor dining, and the exceptional service provided by Um Mohamed, Kenzy, Mustafa, and Abdullah. They truly embody what it means to offer outstanding customer service. I look forward...
Read moreThis hotel is situated on the west of Cairo, it’s not central therefore, you need to be prepared to put up with Cairo’s traffic jams each time you need to go the the central or east of Cairo. The positives: safe and secure area, around the hotel it’s patrolled by security. Close to Arkan Plaza for good restaurants and upmarket shops. The issue we had was : We arrived one day earlier before our tour starts , so we booked a suite for one night ( 3 adults) , the next day when the tour started we requested to stay in the same room rather than moving to two separate rooms ( which actually cost more than our one suite ). Our tour operator tried to negotiate with the reception desk. They declined and insisted we must move to 2 separate rooms! This does not make sense economically even for the hotel. They continued to negotiate in Arabic in front of me without interpreting their conversation. This is very rude. Despite of our pleading with them, they declined and very unreasonable.the other negatives: We had dinner at miss Li lie, horrible Chinese / Asian food. The pad Thai was so sour. The sweet and sour is not authentic. The dumplings are like those frozen dumplings heated up. The waiter was not courteous, he did not want to work there I think. We had disappointing dinners here as part of the tour, salty chicken in cream sauce, same menu 3 nights in a row with stale bread on the final night. Would we stay here again?...
