I’m a mother of 4 so in America it is expensive for resort so my family chose Egypt, this was not the best experience ever this was the WORST when I came here I was excited now I’m just excited to leave.First made us pay extra even tho we already payed from booking they made us pay for an extra person .Second are room was like a trash can the phone doesn’t work the fridge was molded there was nails on the ground the AC was broken and no hot water so I went to the reception area and said I’m canceling the rest of my trip then they offered to change are room and extend the trip for 2 more days for free and I said OK it’s free so I’ll stay but when they changed my room it was the same room just on 2nd floor and phone was broken again then they called us from reception and said is this hotel room better and I said I guess so cause I figured the rest of the hotel would be this trashy.So then they took back the free 2 days I’m leaving today and I can’t wait to leave . Save your money and go el gouna trust me I’m American I know the best places and the best service this had neither this dirty hotel needs renovation I’m going to another hotel right now !! 😡😡😡😡😡👋👋👋 and BTW when I ate at a restaurant in the hotel I found a cat hair and a cat crawling all over my children put two and two together that is nasty homeless cat hair.save your money 💵 $$$.Sahal trips can be stayed at...

i went to the owner/chalet part of it and it was horrible the pools were duper dirty with insects and alot of garbage and to go to the sea which wasn't actually a sea but a big lake you have to wait for a minimum of 15 minutes for a boat to take you and drop you at the sea and sometimes when there is alot of people you will have to wait for 30+mins and after all that the beach was so small overall a bad experience never...

The worst hotel I’ve even seen in my life. Employees are not trained , gym is terrible and pool is awful .
