DO NOT COME HERE. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever seen in my life.
Looks decent from the outside but once you step in, it’s like entering a war zone. Overcrowded to the point of chaos. I’ve seen Eid alleyways less packed. The staff? A weird mix of fake smiles and straight-up rude attitudes for no reason.
The food is average at best but the dining area, Portofino, is a complete disaster. Kids screaming, food everywhere, nothing refilled or cleaned. We had to ask where the cutlery was like we were begging.
The rooms are absolutely disgusting. I’ve seen cleaner street furniture. One had a gas smell, another smelled like mold, and one had blood stains on the bedsheets. The couches were filthy, bathrooms looked used, and the whole place reeked. No towels were provided. We had to keep begging for them and when they finally gave us some, it was two towels for four people.
I booked three “connected” rooms for my family and they gave us rooms six doors apart. I had small kids with me. Completely unacceptable. On top of that, the rooms were next to hallway speakers loudly yelling “authentication failed” every few minutes. Sleep was impossible.
We complained. They offered to clean the rooms. Too late. By the time they were “ready” it was midnight and the place still smelled like garbage and mold. The shower didn’t drain and the bathroom flooded every time someone tried to shower.
Noise was constant. Neighbors were insanely loud. Fights, things being stolen, nonstop chaos. You can’t sit anywhere or go to the pool without being interrogated about your room number. Why advertise pool view rooms if guests can’t even use the pool. Only timeshare owners can. The pool we were allowed to access was a long walk away.
Room service is a joke. The phone barely worked. No one cleaned our rooms even after multiple requests. When we asked for more towels, we got the same two again. It honestly felt intentional.
The entire hotel is disorganized, loud, dirty and unsafe. I witnessed theft and screaming matches between guests. It feels more like a chaotic compound than a vacation spot.
This experience made me hate my own country for allowing something this bad to operate. I design hotels for a living and this was the most embarrassing, low-quality establishment I’ve ever encountered.
This place needs to be shut down and destroyed. It’s a walking health hazard. Do yourself a favor and stay...
