Marina 3 Gate — Hotel in Matruh

Not as expected from a big name like Amer group I rented an apartment in tower 3 apartment# 814, it was not clean specifically the bathroom. the furniture is old and broken. washing machine was not working. staff is the worst team you may meet in such place, they are not trained at all to how host humans as they see you as a bag of money they security team at the gates between Marina 3 and other Marinas are gangs not a security at all they are there to take money from people to open the gates...

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Porto Marina, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience.

Waste of time. The door keepers/securities stop people entering the hotels, just for a dinner inside. The reason is the gate is governed by a group and the hotel by another, however those people at the gate don't even consider how they are impacting the business to the hotels.
