The best house I’ve stayed in in all of Egypt. The host Abdulrahman is wonderful and easy to communicate with. The caretaker Ahmed is a local Amazigh who is one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. We spent five nights at this beautiful and simple house, which had everything we needed for a perfect getaway. Located about 10 minutes from downtown, it offered a peaceful and serene surrounding. There are several walkable restaurants and camps nearby, and it’s close to many of Siwa’s sightseeing spots.
