Booked a 2-bedroom suite for an urgent 4-day business trip.||The price announced on booking.com was not inclusive of a lot of taxes, and I ended up paying 31% over the advertised figure. Anyway...||A big drawback is the lack of breakfast, but each room has a small fridge and a kettle and cups. We also got a tray with sachets of tea, herbals, instant coffee, and sugar. There are 2 large spaces on the ground level, seemingly conference rooms; one of them could be used as a restaurant for breakfast.||At this price one expects free WiFi, but none is installed.||All the rooms are on the 1st floor and upwards, but no elevator. This was a serious problem with an elderly guest accompanying me.||Rooms are nicely furnished, nothing trendy or fancy. Aircon, LCD TV, large closet, extra blankets, etc.||Bathroom is quite small with a shower cabin. Average amenities, hair dryer. A peculiar item is a shaving kit, but not so surprising considering it is mainly an Armed Forces guest house.||Cleanliness is excellent except in the corridors and stairs. There are spots of spilled liquid on all steps, and black marks on the walls despite a placard asking not to lean with hands on the walls...||The view from the front rooms is superb, but street noise and guests noise and staff noise is continuous day and night. The back rooms are quieter but face a dingy street.||Staff is polite and efficient. Check-in and -out is reasonably simple and fast.||Good place for a family with children on vacations, but not recommended for...
