Trash hotel (details below). The photos aren‘t close to reality. I went with 40 people to this hotel during the holy festival of ramadan for 5 days. Everyone says the same things. Whats most important for us? Cleaning and Food. We booked all inclusive: Food, Soft Drinks and alcohol are included. Hot drinks like cacao or turkish coffee are not included.
Cleaning 0/10: Staff does not know how to clean. The water they wash our floors was black because they change it maybe after 50 rooms. They dont change the cover of blankets and pillows, even if you call them to clean the room. First day we arrived the room wasnt cleaned at all. I went out the whole day and returned about 6 p.m and they still didnt cleaned my room every time… they are very slow. The glases, silverwares and plates smelling like eggs and werent cleand enough for us. We used tissues for the plates and asked for plastic bottles for the drinks. At least they have cold original soft drinks.
Food 1/10: Staff does not know how to cook! Every day similar food without any seasoning. The only good food was the barbecue and the fresh bred. Also the pizza magharita was o.k. I tried everything else and I couldnt finish any of the meal. We talked with the manager of the hotel so we could cook our own meal one evening for our group, he accepted. Thanks to the manager for that. They open the snack bar at 3 p.m. (mostly ice and then some bred or fried potato) and closes after one hour. After the lunch there are no snacks or anything.
Events 6/10: Every evening there are some staff who dance and play DJ. Also there were some pool partys. But it was only the three to four same staff. There was one time a dance group. I think this category is the only positiv thing for this hotel.
Also: I had to pay 10$ because they gave me 2 towels for swimming. One was taken away, so I had to pay 10$ at check out.
Staff: They are kind of nice to you but very very slow on doing. The cleaning takes the whole day, they close the pool very early, their clothes (all the staff) are so disgusting and dirty. You dont even try to ask them for something they have to touch with their hands.
Summary: 4/5 stars are not real. They get the stars because of the pool, the bar and the events. Anything else is really not good. And I have to point out again: the cleaning and the food are...
Read moreA Disappointing Stay at Panorama Naama Heights
Our stay at Panorama Naama Heights was one of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had. From the start, it was clear that customer service and basic hospitality were lacking.
Here’s what went wrong:
Wrong Room on Arrival
We arrived late due to our flight schedule, exhausted and jet-lagged, only to be given a room with 2 beds instead of the deluxe room with three single beds we booked. Reception insisted it was the only room available until we showed our booking confirmation. They then moved us to a basic room and told us to return the next morning to sort it out.
Delayed and Inconvenient Room Change
Despite waking up early as instructed, we were told to come back at 2 PM. When we returned, the room was still not ready, and we had to wait until 3 PM, wasting most of our day.
Poor Room Quality
The correct room was still disappointing. One bed was noticeably smaller, as if added last-minute. The room felt cramped and poorly maintained, as shown in the attached pictures and videos.
Unreliable WiFi
WiFi barely worked, forcing us to rely on mobile data and incur extra costs. Reliable internet should be a basic hotel service.
Rude and Unhelpful Staff Front desk staff were rude and unresponsive, often ignoring our requests for missing items. Even after multiple reminders, they rarely delivered. Their only friendliness came on checkout day—when they asked for a positive review, which felt fake and insincere.
Discrimination and Unequal Treatment
As Pakistani guests, we noticed a clear difference in treatment compared to white guests. The staff were dismissive and unhelpful to us but friendlier to others, making our stay uncomfortable.
Poor Location and Low Standards
The hotel is far from main attractions and lacks basic service and organization. Given the low standards, it is not worth the price.
Avoid This Hotel We strongly advise against staying at Panorama Naama Heights. Rude staff, poor rooms, unreliable service, and discrimination made our experience frustrating. This hotel does not care about its guests, and we would...
Read moreI’ve stayed at Paranoma Naama Heights in Sharm El Sheikh before and had a fine experience, but this time was quite disappointing. After a grueling seven-hour drive from Cairo, we arrived at the hotel hoping to rest, but we were made to sit in the reception for nearly two hours, arguing back and forth. We had booked a deluxe room for seven nights, but they tried to give us a standard room after we had already paid. The receptionist asks if we even know what the standard room looks like which which is rude because we’ve booked deluxe room and yes we know what their rooms look like because we’ve stayed here a few times with friends and family that have stayed in the standard room and have all complained about how old and dirty the room is. The reception area is very outdated, and the entrance and lobby had an unpleasant smell that made me feel sick. The cleanliness of the rooms was not as good as before, and the staff were rude and seemed inexperienced, leaving me to wonder about their training. The lights in the room were very dim, and despite messaging the hotel through Booking.com before our arrival, we received no response. The staff would also enter our room without our knowledge, compromising our privacy. We also told the house keeper that the fridge isn’t working he said someone will come look at it but no one came. On the first three days, they woke us up asking for payment due to a lack of communication among the staff. The hotel is quite far from the beach, the Naama Strip, and the city center, making it difficult to get around without a car. The aquapark is very bad, the cleanliness is lacking, and the hotel shop is a scam, trying to charge different prices every day. The taxi fares are very expensive, and at one point, the staff claimed there was an issue with my card, but it turned out to be the card machine. I will never come back and do not...
