SHARM HILLS — Hotel in South Sinai

One of the owners of the villas his name is Khaled this is his number starts with 010922 please don't waste your time with him he added his villa on more than one app and he is having double deals and the one with the more money it wins ... I've found the villa on OLX and I contacted him and I confirmed that I need the villa and I can pay for him 2 nights as he mentioned so I requested his bank account number and I called him however he didn't answer suddenly and next day he sent a voice note that the villa has been booked on Airbnb he told I am sorry I can't cancel the other deal and I already confirmed with him ... I asked myself what if I've sent the money for 2 nights which is 7000 to his bank account and next day he told me this ... I am so disappointed I told him that I will write a very bad review about what happened ... DON'T WASTE YOUR...

Once you understand that is Egypt and it's self-catering accommodation, all is great. Over winter expect a cold dive in the pool, not heated. But the sea is 3 min by car and 15 walk and it's always amazing and warm (best beach/reef in whole Sharm in my opinion) and the sun... the sun... We booked a 3 bedroom flat with an outside terrace and the experience was more than great overall. Staff is always very friendly and keen to answer quickly to your requests. Well positioned, very close to airport, but we were happy to have a rented car to move around (cheap, petrol crazy cheap too). A supermarket with basics, around the corner. The rest of the resort is driving distance only. I've heard that taxis are very cheap though. Chating with some expats living there, I think this was a top choice. Well done...

الوصول والاستقبال: منذ البداية، تواصل معي صاحب الشقة وأخبرني أن الشقة جاهزة من الساعة الحادية عشرة صباحاً، أي قبل موعد الدخول المعتاد بأربع ساعات، مراعاةً لوصولي المبكر من المطار، ودون أي رسوم إضافية. كما أرسل لي السائق محمد، رجل في قمة الاحترام والأخلاق والصدق، لاستقبالي من المطار.

المالك والشقة: المالك شخص راقٍ بكل ما تحمله الكلمة من معنى، ترحيبه واستقباله كانا في غاية اللطف. أما الشقة، فكانت قمة في النظافة والهدوء، الأسرة مريحة جداً، والمطبخ متكامل التجهيزات. المفارش والمناشف كانت في غاية النظافة، إضافةً إلى توفر السناكات والمياه المعدنية والمشروبات بكمية وافرة، حتى أنه بعد يومين قام بتزويدنا بالمزيد منها.

التجربة العامة: أنا وزوجتي وأطفالي قضينا أجمل الأوقات في هذا المكان. التكييف ممتاز، والأثاث من أرقى الأنواع. شكراً للأخ كريستيان وزوجته على قمة الترحيب وحسن التعامل. لا أجد كلمات توفيكم حقكم، ولكن بإذن الله لنا لقاء قريب.

‏Accommodation Experience: ‏The property is located in a beautiful, peaceful compound with a very clean swimming pool.

‏Arrival & Welcome: ‏From the very beginning, the apartment owner contacted me to inform me that the apartment would be ready at 11:00 AM, four hours before the usual check-in time, to accommodate my early arrival from the airport—at no extra charge. He also arranged for a driver, Mohammed, a man of utmost respect, integrity, and kindness, to pick me up from the airport.

‏The Owner & The Apartment: ‏The owner is truly a refined and gracious person. His warm welcome and hospitality were remarkable. The apartment was spotlessly clean and wonderfully quiet. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The linens and towels were impeccably clean. Snacks, fresh drinking water, and a variety of treats were provided in generous quantities, and after two days, we were even offered more.

‏Overall Experience: ‏My wife, children, and I had an unforgettable time at this place. The air conditioning was excellent, and the furniture was of the highest quality.
