Overall, our experience at the hotel was quite disappointing. The only positive aspects were the staff at the pools, who were helpful and friendly. They made sure everything was fine, assisted and supervised the children on the slides, which was very reassuring. The room service staff was also pleasant and attentive.||||Unfortunately, the reception staff left much to be desired. Initially, we were given a room that did not match the promised or recommended standards. When we raised this issue, the response was extremely rude and condescending, and it took a very long time to resolve the problem. Although we had booked and paid for a late check-out, the receptionist denied this and insisted we handle the issue ourselves.||||The hotel taxi service was completely unreliable. We booked a round trip taxi to Soho; while the ride there was fine, no one showed up to pick us up. We ended up waiting in the dark with small children and had to find another taxi ourselves, paying double as a result.||||The bar ran out of beer in the middle of the day, and the other drinks were generally undrinkable. Of course, if you paid the bartender directly, you could get beer-even cold. Throughout our stay, we were constantly pressured to purchase various extra services.||||We booked hair braiding for the children at a nearby hotel of the same chain, which is for guests aged 13 and older. However, we were initially not allowed in, and it took a long time to get there by the scheduled appointment. The braids started falling apart the very next day.||||At the beach, there were not enough chairs or tables available during breakfast, lunch, and dinner times. The food was mediocre overall. The advertised themed dinners on different nights were not noticeably different or special.||||The evening mini disco was extremely disappointing-by far the worst kids’ disco we have ever seen. The nightly entertainment programs were very weak, with only one fire show worth watching. The entire program, including children’s activities, was conducted in Russian, which may suit many guests but also reflects in the general atmosphere. Many guests were rude and lacked basic manners, which affected the overall vibe negatively.||||In summary, we would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a relaxing and carefree holiday. The combination of rude staff and discourteous guests made it a stressful experience rather than a...

Read moreFaulty towers of Egypt, it’s so bad, somehow we found the funny side and laughed at how ridiculous it was.
I would class this a 2 star hotel at best, how they class this as a 4 star is a joke.
All inclusive? They don’t know the meaning of the word!.. Apart from the smallest plastic glasses of beer, they want an extra euro or dollar for everything bigger. Including coffee, but you can have better coffee in the restaurant. Even a cola for the kids apart from when in the restaurant they wanted extra for. Just a rip off!
The tiles everywhere have been painted with a grey with red stripes paint, the sort of paint you would see of a vehicle repair garage floor.. it looked out of place and cheap and tacky.
Luckily the beach was ok, the sea was warmer than the pools at the hotel which were freezing..

Rooms Tired and old room, overlooked the pool and beach and In need of a deep clean and mop (it didn’t look like they used one, definitely no signs…
Walkability Even though we could see the beach from our room, it’s a bit of an optical illusion ( with a tall bank of sand) as the beach is a 5 minute walk away.
Food and drinks Awful, they seem to cater for the numerous Russian and Eastern European travellers, but not much for the British tastes and less so for kids… where they just provide two choices small sausages and spaghetti… I had to ask a few times for them to cook some fries. They also have beef burgers a couple the days, but it didn’t look like beef (not sure what is was). Similar situation when they were cooking bbq foods outside, what looked like beef, didn’t taste like it… The barman at the pool bar, was (rinsing off) rather than washing the same larger plastic glasses everyone was drinking from in cold water! Disgusting, I notice this and asked for a smaller plastic glasses as it was clean. The barman later apologised for this and said he knows it isn’t right, but that’s the system he’s told to use. Us and another British family kept going out for food using taxis to McDonald’s and KFC, best meal was at the Hard Rock Cafe.. my heart sank to know we had to eat back at the hotel the next day…...
