A missed opportunity. If I could give zero stars I would. This place is very overpriced for what you get. I paid 75 USD per night. One can stay in a five star hotel in Cairo for not much more money for frame of reference. The room I stayed in was dirty. The floor had not been swept and was gritty. The bedsheets had dried cocoons from insects. The towels while clean were stained and didn't match. You had to ask for toilet paper as there was only paper towels by the toilet. The shower had cords that were wrapped in electrical tape. I asked for WIFI and was provided a router set up outside the room on a table. The breakfast presented was pathetic along with plastic utensils. To be fair when I asked for eggs they did prepare them but still one shouldn't have to ask for eggs at breakfast. The pool is only for looks, there are no loungers. The manager and helper were very nice, however this place always had male visitors (clearly not guests) just hanging out in the foyer and by the pool. As a female traveler it did not feel comfortable to be staying in a hotel where the men just stared while they were sitting around in the lounge areas. Not too mention as much as I was looking forward to swimming in the pool due to no loungers and men just hanging about it was no longer an option as I didn't want to deal with the extra attention.

Perfect place to calm down. Staff is very friendly. Good breakfast but you can go out for dinner or lunch. Very clean rooms. No heaters for the swimming pool and the chemicals in the water is not balanced you may got allergic.

the worst reservation experience. we were a group of 5, booked one month in advance and confirmed 2 weeks b4 the trip date. our contact was the manager; who is supposed to be the most reliable person to book with. we asked if he needs us to pay deposit he said no. few hours before moving to fayoum we called him to ask him to send us location to find to our surprise that he cancelled our booking without informing us. stating lies like: 1- you haven't confirmed although we did 3 times. 2- we don't receive single guest although they have a single room rate. he ruined our long weekend left us with no other option because of the last minute cancellation. absolutely an...

We spent two nights as a family of four in a 28 square meters room with three huge beds, no other furniture. The room was too narrow and we couldn’t walk easily inside. Cleanliness was OK. We had a lot of ants in the bathroom, but staff promptly resolved the issue. The water pressure was bad and the temperature was either too hot or too cold. We had to have very quick showers not to get cold. The garden was very nice. Breakfast was good, but it is served slowly. Drinks are not included. The staff is friendly, but unprofessional. The price did not match the quality of...
