Price: $59.00 per night.||If you are looking for a Luxurious Hotel, this is not the Hotel you would want to stay at but if you are looking just for a place to spend one night before your trip to the airport to catch your flight early in the morning, than you might consider this hotel.||This hotel's location is perfect. About 35 minutes away from the International Airport and just a few minutes away from the shopping malls "MultiPlasa" and "La Gran Villa" and just one block walking distance from the Super Market "Selectos".||The room was an average room, it had what you need: AC, small fridge, an ok bed but very small pillows (and you only get 2 pillows), a flat screen tv with cable service and a bathroom with a tub and hot and cold water. ||My experience: The night we arrived we were welcome at the lobby. The front desk agent was just basic on his personality and straight to the point which is fine with me. The moment I we walked in the room it had this strange smell but once you are in the room I guess you get use to it. The table lamps did not work at all and the main lighting is very dim so I requested to have the lamps changed and so the front desk guy was very helpful coming up to replace both lamps. Continental Breakfast was included just for one person in the room and for the 2nd person it only cost $5.00. It had a verity of food selections like "Omelets, refried beans, cereal, milk, coffee, "Pan dulce", orange juice, oatmeal, bread, butter, Salvadoran cheese and cream.||At the time of check out, Nelly who was working the front desk was very friendly and helpful. I went to get the car from the parking garage and as I pulled in to the front of the hotel lobby I found out that the car had a flat tire. I quickly need to get it changed since I was running out of time and Nelly was quick enough to radio one of her co-workers who seem to be like the maintenance guy. He came and in a blink of an eye he replaced the flat tire with a good one. I was very thank full and glad they had solved my problem. I recently stayed in this hotel and was completely disappointment with my experience. Instead of giving you the long story, this is what went wrong: The website has incorrect information and doesn't work when it comes to paying for the room. The website stated that the "Habitacion Triple" is for 4 people and the stay would be 68 dollars. The receptionist said the room actually cost 78 and its an extra 12 dollars for the 4th person. The website has pictures of the room, the pictures showed the room having like a living space area and then a bedroom. The living space area had 1 bed and the bedroom had 2 beds. After paying for the room, I go upstairs to put my things up and I was shocked on how the room looked. I walked into 3 beds in 1 room with the tiniest space to walk in between. The hotel charges extra for towels. The room only had 2 big shower towels but it was 4 people staying. They wanted to charge extra for the 2 additional shower towels. I told the receptionist that it doesn't make sense why they would charge me extra for the towels when I already paid extra for the 4th person and the stay is for 4 people not 2. When the towels were dropped of the requested all the directly towels as a trade. Through the walkie talkie I could here the receptionist telling the lady to not give me the towels. Just a so-so hotel. Located a little off the city center. Near a super-market. Also have nearby a Pizza Hut, Wok-on-fire Chinese restaurant & some other restaurants. Can get Taxi easily from here nearby the super-market. Also have nearby Bank & ATMs. Hotel staff is helpful. Rooms are big & have Air-condition. The look of the hotel is quite old including the lobby, room, breakfast hall. Very few guests in the hotel while we stayed.
