Estación del Casco — Local services in San Salvador

On December 3rd, 2023, I had my family come over to San Martin restaurant for breakfast and we had the worst experience ever. To begin with, it was only three of us and we placed the order immediately as we were starving. The breakfast took 50 minutes to be served and everything was cold as if the server forgot to pick it up or just neglected to even check the status. We asked about our food after 30 minutes and we were told it was coming. We finally got served cold eggs! After realizing the food was nasty and cold we complained and the One manager came to talk to us and did not apologized at all however, she did offered to provide extra bread for consolation. We left the food and just paid the bill that included an automatic gratuity (no wonder, the restaurant doesn’t care about customer service as they don’t need to earn any attentiveness to the customers) It’s a shame, that there were so many servers and some were in training however, due to the lack of customer service & very weak management this place is awful. I really like the small ever since it opened whole lots of great options for shopping and dining and there’s even a hardware store inside never had trouble with parking but it can get a little full and peak hours. Es un centro comercial pequeño dónde el ancla del centro comercial es la ferretería Freund. La ubicación es privilegiada por estar en la intersección de la avenida El Espino y el bulevard Monseñor Romero, aunque el acceso es únicamente por la Avenida El Espino. Tiene un buen espacio de estacionamiento y hay varios otros comercios pequeños, no obstante cuenta con la presencia de la panadería San Martín. Quizás lo peor que tiene el centro comercial es que cobran el estacionamiento y para un centro comercial tan pequeño no debería ser está la condición, además, el ingreso y salida del parqueo para la obtención del ticket y la autorización de la salida es tan incómoda en su diseño geométrico que obliga a que haya permanentemente personal de atención en esos puntos para ayudar a los automovilistas a sacar y depositar el ticket de parqueo.
