Hostel Nele — Hotel in Jõhvi vald

My God, avoid this place at all costs. In years of travel, to 95 countries so far, I have never ever in my life encountered the rude and aggressive level of service that I came across at Hotel Nele. I've no idea what the problem is there, but they certainly hate their visitors and have "service with a scowl". I was absolutely disgusted. The receptionist was not only curt, rude, unfriendly and unwelcoming, but even threatened to call the police when I'd returned in the evening (about 21:00) for a glass of wine with a friend (I think she thought I'd wanted to cheat them or something). Anyway, next time I would rather stay at the coach station overnight if I had to rather than cross their door again. The rooms are not worth the rate, either, come to think of it, but the real memory of "Hostel Nele" is for them threatening to call the police. I mean, really, you could not make this up if you wanted to. I train Services Marketing to firms, and this is just ludicrous, will use it as a case study in how low service can fall in...

Pengalaman aneh berada di Hostel ini. Penjaganya sangat tak mesra. Dia hanya bercakap tanpa memikirkan yang kami tidak memahami bahasa Rusia klasik yang diucapkan. Setiap service dia meminta bayaran tambahan. Hostel 26Euro, park basikal 4 Euro untuk 2 buah, basuh baju 6 Euro dan mandi 5 Euro. Bilik mandi pula berkunci, setiap kali nak mandi perlu dapatkan keizinan dari penjaga hotel dan perlu menghadap wajahnya yang tak pernah senyum. Kami tak syorkan anda ke sini. Melainkan anda sudah bersedia untuk menghadapinya. Dan berharap kalian bernasib lebih baik dari kami. Apa pun, terima kasih kerana menerima kami untuk menginap di tempat anda. Персонал отеля поселил меня с соседним номером в котором шел ремонт . Не предупредив об этом . Я был уставшим в надежде отдохнуть и выспаться . Через пол часа после заселения в стену начали долбить перфоратором ,дрелью , молотками ... Я обратился к персоналу за разъяснениями . Оказывается что я должен был их предупредить что хочу поспать !!! Пообещали закончить через два часа . Пришлось погулять по улице в мороз -8 . Пришёл обратно долбили стену ещё + 3 часа . В коридоре был туман из пыли . При заселении пообещали теплый номер и тишину . Было очень холодно 3 одеяла по верх меня не спасало ситуации , кровать жесткая и неудобная . Подушки как будто в наволочку насыпали песка . Жесть вообщем . За это я заплатил 35 евро и попортил свои нервы...
