BLACK HORSE HOTEL APARTMENT — Hotel in Addis Ababa

I reserved in this hotel on February 3 rd, 2022, when I first book it online I consider the price with the service and amenities at the hotel that it advertised as free spa Gm free wifi free parking..etc but in reality in got nothing out of this. When I ask front desk lady where is the spa and Gm she said it’s closed not functional. What about wifi was my next question and she respond oh is it not working..she take it easy and don’t Cary at all, I asked her to show me the manager and she said no manager this time, it was around 6-7 pm. Later after the front desk lady left I could able to talk a lady who is called as general manager, and i asked her if the service is not available why they posted it as available and free, she just replied sorry but wifi will be fixed tomorrow morning, but till I left ( check out) which is mid day there was no wifi she just saw me in morning at lobby and passed me as if she didn’t see me. This is the worst hotel I saw regarding...

I recently stayed at Black Horse Hotel and had an amazing experience! From the moment I arrived, the friendly staff made me feel right at home. The hotel is very clean, and the management is excellent. It's close to the airport and shops, which is super convenient for both vacation and business trips, plus they offer a free airport shuttle. The rooms are comfy and nicely decorated, giving a peaceful vibe. The food in the restaurant was delicious, and the wine bar was cozy and fun. The staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable, always being helpful and kind. The Sunday breakfast was amazing. I highly recommend Black Horse Hotel to anyone visiting Ethiopia. This hotel has everything – great service, tasty food, and a warm atmosphere. Can't wait...

Highly recommended! Black Horse quickly became my go-to place in Addis. Top hygiene, great food, extremely comfortable, ideal location and the kindest staff you’ll find anywhere. From housekeeping to top management, everyone is beyond welcoming and friendly.

I originally came to Addis for work and planned to stay just a couple of weeks while apartment hunting and ended up staying the whole year here. My room was upgraded for absolutely free and I was treated like family the whole time.

PS the SPA is a must try experience!
