Golden Park Apartment Hotel — Hotel in Addis Ababa

A hotel below all criticism There are not many employees, the rooms are not cleaned, towels, beds, body soap, shampoo. In the morning there is no buffet, you have to order the food and until it arrives it takes between 45 minutes and an hour and even when it arrives something is missing and until that something arrives God forbid. We took 4 rooms for 4 nights. In one room there was no towel for 3 days, in the other room there was no TV remote, and even though we asked for all the basic things for the hotel they said they would bring it and nothing arrived. There is one employee who is in the lobby/bar in the evening and he is responsible for 9 floors alone the only nice guy in this hotel . I hope the owner of the hotel will learn to learn from the real and not fictitious reviews found on the site I really refrained from writing anything in the hope that it will improve but it was just a bad hotel I have a lot more to write but I feel bad for the employees who earn money...
