I love this place. I've been going regularly for the past two years. The owner and the manager of the restaurant are really amazing people. The food is generally good, often amazing yet sometimes can be surprisingly disappointing. The ambiance of the place is fantastic and unique, nothing like it in all of addis. We had a bad experience a few weeks ago but wanted to give them the benefit of doubt again.
The food ie roast chicken for me was burnt with test less grave and vegetables.
Waiting staff need a lot of training as they were a bit out of their depth on Saturday evening as the Restsurant was full with a group of very rowdy women who really spoilt the experience for other guests but we could see the waiting staff didn’t know what to do.
We understand it is a favourite restaurant for quite a few locals and expats but perhaps it just needs a check now and again to Msid sure standards are kept.

Not to mention the lack of parking, the shanty neighbourhood, and the horrible architecture! ||After all that, we had to tell our complaints to the manager and to our utter surprise, he told us to get the f* out because there were many other restaurants in the city.
