Holiday Hotel | Hayahulet — Hotel in Addis Ababa

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I was in flight transit when I got the opportunity to stay at Holiday Hotel in Ethiopia, and I am so grateful they signed me in. This was my first time visiting Ethiopia, and this hotel gave me such a warm and welcoming first impression of the country.

From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The atmosphere is amazing ,calm, friendly, and full of the charm that reflects Ethiopia’s rich culture. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and polite, always ready to assist with anything I needed. Their hospitality really stood out and made my short stay very comfortable.

The food was absolutely delicious! I loved every meal ,it was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. There’s a great variety, and the taste truly gave me a feel of Ethiopian cuisine.

The rooms were incredibly spacious and clean, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. If you’re traveling with a big family, this hotel is a perfect choice because there’s so much space to feel comfortable. And the view from my room? Simply breathtaking. Waking up to such beautiful scenery made the experience even more special.

For the quality of service, food, space, and view, I can honestly say the hotel is more than worth the price. Even though my stay was during a transit, it felt like a mini-vacation.

I highly recommend Holiday Hotel to anyone coming to Ethiopia ,whether for a long stay or just a stopover like mine. I’ll definitely come back...

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an overall positive experience. Contrary to some of the reviews I had read, I did not find the hotel to be as unclean as others had claimed. In fact, the facilities were relatively well maintained and kept in good condition, providing a comfortable environment throughout my stay.

The price was fair and reasonable for the quality of service and facilities provided. The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, always ready to help with any requests, which made me feel well looked after.

One of the convenient features of this hotel is the shuttle bus service to and from the airport, which was relatively punctual and hassle free. Inside the hotel, the atmosphere was quiet and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a long day of travelling.

While my stay was enjoyable, the breakfast buffet could do with some improvement as the options were quite limited. Expanding the variety of dishes would greatly enhance the overall dining experience.

In conclusion, this hotel offers good value for money, clean facilities, friendly service and convenient access to the airport.

I stayed here for an overnight layover in between flights. Rooms were nice, wifi was good, staff was friendly and I felt that this was way better than some of the other reviews have made this place sound.||However, I would like to point out an experience where the hotel owner Josef went above and beyond for my care. I had a physical injury which needed immediate medical attention late night. Not only did Josef accompany me with the hotel driver and car to make sure I get the needed medical attention in time, but also he was on top of all the co-ordination with medical experts in the hospital and every paper work that had to be done, since I was a visitor in thier country. He is kind and generous and took care of me as a human and not just a customer. The same care was seen by the hotel staff as well, where they all showed their empathy and were considerate towards my situation. ||Incidents like this show us that not only this hotel focuses on customer service, but they genuinely care for well being of all the hotel guests.
