My favorite place in the neighborhood. The special drink, Tej, is a must try. Just be cautious no more than three glasses, or you might end up feeling sick like I did. It's really strong, but I love it regardless!
Came here for a barelle of tej, a traditional Ethiopian honey wine. The wine had a strong note of honey and tasted slightly tart. It was very drinkable because of the amount of honey washed into the drink.
Great tej and the price is better than a lot of places in town. Ample indoor seating with a lot of air flow (windows are ventilated). It’s about 150 birr for a half liter and 290 birr for a liter.
